The Earth Kingdom would be destroyed by the fire nation in the sozin's commet day and the northern water tribe would be destroyed by Zhao later. There will be no aang to fuse with the ocean Spirit and destroy the fire nation, after zhao kill the moon Spirit.

Then, when Zhao attacked, the white lotus member - Pakku will take action and destroy the fire nation ships but in this timeline Zhao would survive and the water sprit won't be destoryed. Even if Zhao killed the water sprit Iroh would attack Zhao and even if Katara and Sokka wasn't there, Princess U.A. would give up her life for it🐱‍🏍.
