I'm 16, And I'm so close to getting my dream. Trying to get my Drivers license not getting a car to keep it clean. Get a job at 18 to get my CDL Class B to start driving trucks and 21 get my Class A and start my dream!

I’m 19 at the moment. I’ll turn 20 next This coming up February Ima get my cld permit once I’m half way to being 21. Maybe in November I’ll be doing that because you can only have your permit for 6 months Then once I turn 21 I’m heading to roadmaster or swift I would go for my cdl now but it’s hard to find work once you get your cdl under 21 So I’m gonna wait

Follow that dream son and never give up on it 💪 don't go to SWIFT the trainer's are bad and don't teach you enough do some research and ask some drivers where to find a company with a good training program and not just pushing you on the road to turn Revenue and NEVER turn down any advice from an older trucker you will always be learning. And the day you think you know all about it is the day that truck will kill you. I have 28 years on the road and over 3 million miles you stay safe son and God bless you 🙏

@@mountainhauler5349 WAY to go son I am proud of you for learning to shift an 18, I was working for a freight company many years ago and they would let me spot trailers for them and after about a year make local deliveries I was in a 63 B-61 Mack and had to learn how to shift a Tri Plex trying to figure out 3 sticks was a pain 😀
