It's an amazing accomplishment this song and video. They keep progressing as a band and improving themselves. The box the band is trying to get from her is her creativity, the sand painting is her lyrics. She throws the sand at her band and they leave her in peace. I got a lot of that from the interview she did with Elizabeth Zharoff of the Charismatic Voice, worth a look

There's more to come. The album is crazy. It's almost like they're experimenting on us. Very original compared to even Stolen Babies and they were just like hey whatever but not with Jinjer. Jinjer is just completely different their own genre pretty much and still growing. Jmo

To understand the song start with the title "Wallflower". Decades ago people used to have wallpaper on their walls. A lot of that wallpaper was in a floral pattern. A "wallflower" is an introvert who when in a social situation with a lot of people tries to stay in the corner or up against the wall hoping nobody notices them. Thus becoming just another flower on the wall. People like that can get stressed in those situations and feel like their "batteries are low".

The sand paintings (known as sand mandalas) originate from Tibetan Buddhist culture, and the destruction of them after they are complete is a ceremonial thing, symbolizing the impermanence of nature. Life is fleeting.

The band is chasing her for her art, her song. They won't go away until she gives them her song (represented by the sand painting). She just wants to stay home and keep her art to herself, but her band won't let her.

White Wolf Black Wolf A Cherokee Story An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life: “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. ”It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.” He continued, “The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too.” The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf will win?” The old Cherokee simply replied, “If you feed them right, they both win. You see, if I only choose to feed the white wolf, the black one will be hiding around every corner waiting for me to become distracted or weak and jump to get the attention he craves. He will always be angry and always fighting the white wolf. But if I acknowledge him, he is happy and the white wolf is happy and we all win. For the black wolf has many qualities - tenacity, courage, fearlessness, strong-willed and great strategic thinking - that I have need of at times and that the white wolf lacks. But the white wolf has compassion, caring, strength and the ability to recognize what is in the best interest of all. “You see, son, the white wolf needs the black wolf at his side. To feed only one would starve the other and they will become uncontrollable. To feed and care for both means they will serve you well and do nothing that is not a part of something greater, something good, something of life. Feed them both and there will be no more internal struggle for your attention. And when there is no battle inside, you can listen to the voices of deeper knowing that will guide you in choosing what is right in every circumstance. Peace, my son, is the Cherokee mission in life. A man or a woman who has peace inside has everything. A man or a woman who is pulled apart by the war inside him or her has nothing. “How you choose to interact with the opposing forces within you will determine your life. Starve one or the other or guide them both.”

@@ЛимпКот We discussed this on another channel. She is not. The fact you continue to ignore her own understanding of herself and the data that is available is a bit disturbing and extremely arrogant. And then continue to push this lie is rather rude. It's very clear she is an introvert. I have no idea why you continue to do this when called out multiple times. I would suggest either reacquainting yourself with the actual academic data of what an introvert is, or simply getting off your arrogant high horse and stop acting like you know more about someone then they do themselves and assuming they don't know themselves...when it's clear she has demonstrated quite a high level of self-awareness over the years and has demonstrated she does actually understand what an introvert actually is.

I'm not a big fan of music videos in general. Keep in mind that the song is usually written months or longer before the video is made. There's no guarantee the video is what the song was originally written about. Plus, IMO, the listener should interpret a song in whatever way they like and the video of a song seems to solidify the meaning. Much rather just see a performance video of a song. The exception being Falling in Reverse.
