Hello sweet friends and welcome to COSTA RICA,
It has been a while since I last uploaded. In short: I was super busy with my photography (I am a Full Time Photographer next to being a Yoga Teacher) and I got married!
My husband and I also just moved to this magical country (which was a challenge in itself) and will be creating lots of beautiful content with the energy of this place from now on. Get ready for some juicy flows coming your way 🌴🐍
Starting with this one: a nurturing slow but still very intentional and even challenging flow, which is perfect for a Sunday afternoon. The end of the week where you want to reconnect with yourself, breath, flow, stretch and simply arrive in the now.

Well I’m doing yoga for the first time in my life and I’m just now finding out just how flexible I am NOT 😂 but I’m sure after a few months of doing this I will be completely flexible. I really enjoy how amazing I feel after I’ve done one of your video’s. The deep breathing really is a huge help. I’ve always believed that stretching and yoga do a lot more to benefit the mind body and soul rather then doing an intense cardio or weight lifting. My belief has been proven on today. Thank you so much for sharing these videos with us! I get to do a great yoga class for free! I like free lol Namaste!
