Wow. This is such a confidence boosting video!! I just want to sing you some praises. The balance building poses were challenging but very encouraging as well. After we did the butterfly leg hip stretch I started crying. I’ve heard of hip openers making people cry and releasing trauma but I’ve never experienced it until now. Thank you!

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years and it’s my home and I love everything about it. But so often I feel it can get a bit rigid with alignment and proper posture. This beautiful practice has set me free. Opened my heart and my mind to a new level. I’ve also done your ebb and flow practice. It is equally beautiful. I’m so glad I found you. Nameste! I have fibromalgia and chronic pain in shoulders. This is my first day doing this Yin Yoga class. I cried so much and remembered a past period of my life when I felt immense sadness, emotional pressure, and grief. I realized now how these emotions have destroyed me from the inside and felt a tightness in my stomach. I cried especially during the part with the twists and shoulder pressure, but felt a sense of relief afterward. I will come back every day and update you on my progress.

Thanks so much for giving this class for free on you tube! Because I am in a very heavy time of my life with lots of emotional , mental and psysical problems this yoga feels so good now, the slow moving, taking time to get in and stay in a posture, and of course your gentle and soft voice talking us through indeed nourishing and challenging practice. What really helps me is taking very long and deep breaths deep into my belly...Hope you keep giving this TLC ( tender love and care) for body , mind, heart and soul to the world!
