I'm glad to see your opinion on this. As someone who has cut out sugary drinks and only drinks sugar free tea for the last couple of years I've noticed my teeth aren't as white as they used to be and that has bothered me but I love my tea! Good to know this won't harm the enamel or teeth.

I'm on day 6 of whitening strips. I am noticing a significant change, they are definitely whiter than they used to be! I can't wait to see what they look like in 14 days! Only downside is I have a bit of sensitivity on the front teeth but nothing sensitive toothpaste and avoiding the cold can't fix :)

It worked really well! They aren't fully white but definitely a lot whiter! My teeth were pretty yellow so im not surprised they aren't fully white. I'm now confident to smile with my teeth in photos!

I also recommend using colgate sensitive toothpaste which really helped with the sensitivity :)

That's good for you, luke and this seems accurate because i wouldn't expect you to whiten your teeth in 1 day or 1-2 hours as it takes time and patience especially for the good things in life

I have the same problem to a slightly lesser extent but I still feel self conscious about it :(- thin enamel, you can see through my teeth a bit at the bottom and can see the little ridges, and I'm scared whitening strips will be bad for it

How I imagine becoming a dentist/ orthodontist is like: Month 1 and 2: Learns about dentistry or orthodontistry in general Month 2 and 3: Learning about tools Month 4, 5, and 6: Practicing using tools Month 7: Learning how to deal with annoying people For the rest of the training: Learning to distinguish words without people's mouth moving a lot and without the person using their tongue. I imagine the most common one is: "ca I (h)allow" (Can I swallow?)

Idk why they don't make the strips longer, if it's too long you can just cut the excess. My smile exposes upto the 2nd premolars. I haven't tried these but it appears to only cover upto the canines -1st premolars
