I don’t see any garbage disposer or sink aerator just cooking oil trap. Also dishwashers are not common in any home in the Philippines you have to provide it yourself and design the placement of it. Most restaurants do have dishwashers but not common in eatery or carenderia. Overall condo is a nice choice for foreigners to own since they cannot buy land but can only lease it for 25 years or more.
