I don’t end up watching your videos much anymore, but I came to say this: your videos were life changing for me last year when I went through an emotionally wrecking breakup. Well, fast forward 1 year: I am the most confident I’ve ever been in my life- my career, the way I look, the way I treat myself, everything has changed 10x for the better. And I still remember crying on the hotel bathroom floor hiding from family during vacation watching your videos on anxious attachement. Thank you so much 🙏🏽 And yes, my ex did come begging back lol and I still loved him but I finally loved myself more enough to say No, you do NOT get a second chance, bye.

1. *Trying to change him* 2. *Wanting to be his world and be on his mind all the time and not creating mystery* - men love us most when they miss us and women love men most when they are bonding, sadly. I can confirm this as my boy said to me "when we talk whole day i lose the anticipation and excitement to talk to you that's why i need space". So be ready to give space ❤ 3. *Being the unhappy girl,* always complaining. Motivate him to do good for you by complementing him. If he does nothing good for u, then why u even with him sarah? :) 4. *Making him do your hobbies and live your life with you.* "Couple hobbies"😂 If your guy likes gaming and you like to play football, do your hobbies. You don't have to do each other's hobbies to be in the ideal relationship. It would rather spoil the relationship if you force your hobbies on your man. 5. *Using intimacy as manipulation* i.e. if he does something wrong, you refuse to have physical intimacy. It's a recipe for disaster. 12:18 - if you are genuinely upset, communicate that peacefully 6. *"I can do it all myself" attitude.* - a relationship is built on mutual efforts and not one sided efforts. 13:58 - let the man do efforts as well. Make him feel like he's something useful and not a piece of trash 7. 16:15 There's a spectrum of feminine energy that ranges from total openness (like peeing in front of him😂) to total mystery (like he asks whether u love him and u r like "kind of). *And both of these extremes r disasteous to ur relationship* So what to do? Don't always be same. Don't always share routines. Don't overindulge in him (why do u want him to know the number of times you've pooped😭). Don't sacrifice ur sleep or good habits for him. Be whole in urself *but* also be with him, love him, be fairly accessible and present. 8. *Constant nagging and criticizing* 18:30

It’s hard to tell if you are dating a good man when in the beginning most of them act much better than they really are. Sometimes its just dumb luck finding the sincere one
@illusione_xx6 ай бұрын
those nuance little signs are always there, dont look how they are acting or what they are saying, rather their non verbal communication and reactions to things. you can really feel it if you tap into the feelings. test them, ask questions and just dont even give yourself easily, one of our best trump-card as a woman is indecisiveness, you can be unsure the right man will be standing solid beside you

I LOVE IT...What she said about her husband being different and not even watching her videos. Like seriously I'm so thankful for this information. I got married two weeks ago and he's MY OPPOSITE. I'm cerebral. I'm thinky. I love psychology/personal development. He couldn't care less. He's concrete. He watches TV and plays video games and drives a big truck. 😂 I thought we'd be a recipe for disaster at one time but actually I'm so crazy about this man. And one more thing: I was anxious and he was avoidant. But we've made it work!

I was taught to do a lot of these things by following the relationship of my parents! And then when I got in relationship…..these are the skills I utilized and it led to me being pretty miserable. The points you are making are important because they emphasize the balance being together and being apart. We need a bit of both in relationships for them to be healthy. Intimacy is built on togetherness as much as it is on separateness. About being different but finding shared space together. I think that’s what a lot of us might have not learned.

But my place is a tiny one bedroom and his place (where I stay more) is similar - one toilet. Right next to the bedroom and living room and bathroom (So I can’t even pretend I’m having a shower). I HATE it! I go to bed and wake up with tummy aches because I can’t bring myself to go in his house - after 15 months! lol. I’ve always been like this even in 5 year relationships. Angling to love to his other bigger place buy that’s at least a year away of holding all my stuff in. I can’t even escape at night or early in the morning because we have dinner together and then walk together in the mornings (that’s our real alone time together as we are so busy during the days)

My husband is chatty, philosophy and extremely intellectually eloquent. I’m a good listener and a sharp eye for everything psychological. As. A musician in an orchestra, it’s not uncommon to have performances during the weekend. He joined twice, which I found cool, I could proudly show what I’m about. But I’m also very glad he doesn’t join every weekend. That would feel like him putting me on a pedestal, I prefer the only way around. On the other hand, he’s a composer and producer of electronical tracks, scores and songs. He works best at night and sleeps thill mid afternoon. It’s just the rhythm he feels best with. Which means I have to rely on myself for almost everything (broken down car, clogged toilets and laundromat filter cleanings among others).

I don't care to share how many times I pooped unless it's my siblings or mom, bc it's TMI and it's funny to annoy them (but they do the same back). Peeing and pooping is not something I want to share with a husband, he doesn't need to know unless it's a medical concern that he can help with, or it'll effect him.

I had hobbies. (That he was jealous of.) I knew how to spend time alone. We were long distance, so I asked him if he could call me goodnight every night to bond. He called me needy as a response. And I got meaner. Bc I felt like I was asking for too little, and he thought I was asking for too much. Even though he was the highly persistent one in the begining. I also expected him to call me after a fight. And not hang up. Or be a diva. I needed the reassurance that he wanted to repair things in me. But he kept me in limbo. The relationship went from deep romance to and ugly one. I especially got ugly after all the broken promises. I asked for a 5min call st my convenience. He would pick his bros over me all the time. I am now single again. I still have my hobbies. I have my money. Still though, i would like a man who desires my presence more than his bros. At least a couple times a week.

Hi Margarita, thank you so much for your videos. They truly help so so much. I wanted to ask you if a lot of these behaviours come out as a consequence of just being with the wrong man? I feel like I've changed a lot as a result of not feeling like he loves me as myself. So things like oversharing or wanting to do things together and show who I am to him became kind of like an obsession because I feel like I'm not being seen. It makes me sad that they want us when we're not there, and we want them when they don't want to be there. It feels hopeless. Do you find yourself actively stopping yourself from exhibiting these behaviours with your man now? Or does it come naturally to you because he doesn't cause those insecurities by being uninterested/distant? Thank you

Okay question: How do I gracefully respond/handle it when a man tells me I am not texting frequently enough. I have had this happen several times where men have expected me to treat texting like instant messaging which I dont and at times I do not respond if I felt like what I received was not meant to be a drawn out convo. So how do I explain that my communication style is not text 24/7 I do not want carpal tunnel
