Hey Joe Thanks so much for all your help, motivation and positive energy during these tough times. I'm a firefighter from Ireland and when the gyms closed in my local area I was worried, the gym is my release and it keeps my mental health in check, once I train I'm in a great mood, if not I'm in trouble. So my fiance told me about you on KZbin and I have to save you have been my saving grace, I never knew I could get so fit just doing HIIT Sessions with no equipment from home. That is a great start! Trust me, I couldn't get through any of these the first week. I was literally stomach to the floor. I am now 30 days in, and it is so much easier. hang in there!

Outstanding, and thank you so much! I am rehabbing a shoulder, and I was so relieved that you demonstrated that it is okay to go at your own pace. (when doing any kind of exercise) Was overjoyed to work every muscle group without going overboard, and hurting my shoulder. (I did jumping jacks instead of burpees, and planks instead of push-ups.)

Thanks Joe , I live in France so you have been a great role model for everyone! I am a trail runner , but sadly I have 2 badly damaged knee, no cartilage left lol . So though I do run , like a snail now , we’ll in France they eat them ! I do adapt your workouts for my knees . Just completed 25 min workout and cool down video with Joe and have noticed over the week how quickly my stamina has built up. Last week I was doing the beginners 15 min HIIT and was exhausted so didn't anticipated completing 25 min HIIT, but I did. Loved the countdown clock on the screen it kept me focused. Another one picked off the shelf while there's no live PE. If I'd tried this one 12 weeks ago I'd have either given up, thrown up or died! But because the level of exercise and effort in the PE streams has gradually increased I am now stronger and fitter than 3 months ago. Thank you Captain Seratonin! Burpees are still horrible though!

Thanks Joe for all the engaging content!! I appreciate the desire to end strong, but since stabilising muscles are weak near the end of the workout perhaps it can create a higher risk of injury if the last few exercises are too dynamic.
