Hello Joe, thank you for this incredible workout. I'm transitioning from your PE with Joe daily workout to a Cardio Abs as I alternate each day with C25K in 9 Weeks training. I've mentioned this to you before, I'm 72 yrs old and living with colorectal cancer. I started your PE with Joe sessions on Day 2 and have been with you ever since. Maintaining my physical fitness has been my life goal especially now after my diagnosis. You inspire me to keep up my exercise routine to improve my life and wellbeing. Well done Joe, you are an inspirational man and I'm glad you are helping me to mediate life with cancer. All the best now, Russell

@@gilllavelle7515 Gill thank you for your good wishes. So many dedicated people in the NHS worked hard to keep me alive, so the very least I can do is to make myself as fit as possible, to inspire others to do the same. It is hard work but it gets better, as you probably know.

I've almost completed 100 days of workouts non-stop since being in lockdown and I've never seen such definition in my stomach and my abs are more on show than ever than when I used to go to the gym!! Home workouts is the way forward no more gym for me... THANK YOU SO MUCH JOE for keeping me mentally and physically fit and healthy during a tough time for most of us!

harrypotteravenclaw a coach is there to make sure you’re keeping perfect form. It’s hard to do that if they’re training with you.

A personal trainer should be watching you watching your form and ensuring your safety. A personal trainer doesn’t join in with you. You may have had a good one there!

This is an absolute "must do workout" for whomever wants to lose weight and be able to go through the whole thing without pause. I am 300+lbs and I already dropped 20 in 2 months of working out 4 times per week

This is my go-to Monday morning workout when I know I need to sweat and get moving. Put the hard work in for 20 minutes and once it’s over I’m sweaty, feeling energized, and my mood is 100 times better. Now I’m set up for the day/week ahead. Thank you so much for all of this free content!!

Natacha Océane also has great HIIT workouts! About 15-20 minutes and if you want to do less each round is 5 minutes so it’s very convenient!

This is one of the only workouts I’ve been able to complete successfully. The time was perfect. We had good tests inbetween and I was capable of doing all the excersices!! And I was feeling good throughout

This was such a good HIIT! I often feel discouraged by HIIT workouts cause they are like 45 seconds on and 15 off for 30min and all of the exercises are like burpees, star jump squats, jumping lunges etc. I do well in the muscle department so if I can't do a workout I just get sad. This was very doable but still challenging! Loved it!

@@Westblader Yes I have done that as well as a few different abs workouts. Sometimes he adds a 5 minute abs onto his live PE as well so I do those instead.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Joe. The whole lockdown I completely lost my mojo and however much I made myself feel guilty for not doing any exercise - not even going for a walk - I started doing this workout 2 weeks ago (late June) and my mindset, body & everything feels great. Used to be a gymbunny in my 20's/30's, but now 52 and hardly do any exercise. Had always been 8stone but got the menopause 2 years ago and of course metabolism goes out the window so crept to nearer 9stone. Working my way back now to 8stone which takes twice the effort now but love doing 20 mins. Perfect amount of time mentally and your workout goes quickly. My knees and hips were starting to creek before coz the thigh/butt/stomach muscles were diminishing. Now I jump up inbetween each floor exercise (before you do!! :). Always had a six pack (before menopause) so that's my goal now. And just found your 12mins cooldown which is perfect so have to do that now of course. Will look at some more of your videos but am stuck on this as my fav - although always hate those burpees :) xxxxxx

Brilliant workout, Joe - many thanks. I do one of your 20 minute sessions every morning, five days a week, and can't tell you what a difference it's making to my level of fitness and general sense of well-being. My favourites are the ones with 20 different exercises - I enjoy the variety and the time just whizzes by! I also absolutely love the way you do all the exercises with us - I don't know how you manage to do that while chatting away and encouraging us all the time as well, but it's so motivating. I tried a similar video with another online fitness coach, but the guy just started you off on each exercise and then stood there telling you what to do - it's really great that you do the whole workout with us, especially the way you let us know when you're finding it tough! Way to go, Joe!!

Brilliant Joe. My son and I have been doing PE with Joe for the last 7 weeks. He ‘would have’ officially finished exams this week, so we have compromised and agreed he doesn’t have to do the ‘live’ workouts with me, as long as he does a workout later in the day. I’m a solid follower now and will be continuing the daily routines. Thank you, Nicki and Rosie for your motivation, enthusiasm and determination to be positive and get that ‘serotonin hit’ daily. Just switched on to do this workout again! Re-read my comment from a year ago! I can report that my son Spencer Lynham did indeed fulfil his promise. He took responsibility for his health and wellbeing, joined the Gym and during lockdown took responsibility for his fitness, nutrition and self care. I am so proud to report that he has completely smashed it. Through educating himself he has shed 20 kilos and completely changed his physic and health. His journey can be viewed on instagram @SpencerLynhamfitness. He has pictures of his 7 month transformation from July 2020 when he stopped PE With Joe and Me and took the reigns and responsibility on himself to change. He will openly admit that he damaged his body throughout secondary school through excessive consumption of sugar. I tried every tactic in the parenting handbook to get him to see the error of his ways, but ultimately you can’t make a horse drink when you drag it to water. All we can do and you did Joe, is ‘be you’ and inspire others to be better. You certainly inspired my son. Thank you. Thanks Joe! Im 28 and i got the body Ive always wanted. But I also loved the workouts I have done to get there. Workouts, running, yoga whatever you do, it really helps. Not just physically but mentally. Feeling good and healthy. Thank you for your efforts Joe x

I love that this was alternating cardio and abs- I don't have to find two different work out videos! Plus the abs part is a perfect break from cardio while still doing the work.

Its been almost three months I'm working out with you Body Coach. As they all say in the comments, the way you motivate us is amazing, the way you're struggling with us too, the details you provide so we do it right. I never miss a workout, though i'm always afraid I won't be able to do it till the end, but time passes and here I am doing another one, an 7 mn abs for example. I'm talking about you to all my friends. I can see and feel how my body is changing thanks to your workouts. I can feel and even see my abs while I'm training. It's crazy. You helped us go through this tough time, focused, motivated and always ready to keep on going. Thank you. (I promise I won't write everyday :))

Loved this Body Coach workout!! Felt so much better after and really enjoyed it and even though it probably was not you hardest workout it was still good. I would be so grateful if there were more of these exercises and make them a bit harder. Thank you Joe.

I've been facing redundancy since March and it's obviously very stressful so I've been doing 2 of your workouts back to back 5 days a week and it's so helped my head. Thanks alot

Love this workout Joe, thank you. Its helping me recover from a hysterectomy and protruding L5S1 disc & putting on 3 stone due to not be able to move 😔 Just the right pace for where I'm at. Thanks again.
