I’ll never forget watching Bud with his 1st born on his back ripping beautiful turns down the top of Nose Dive here in Stowe. That’s confidence in your turns! Was always a treat watching Bud carve his board. Amazing what he’s done with his love of snowboarding. “It’s all about turning left and right”. Looking good Bud …Griff Stowe Vermont….. Although mostly a skier and sometimes boarder really enjoy The Bomb Hole pod cast! Ps. Bud’s brothers have that same golden voice.

I love the conversation around coaching blauvelt. His lessons stuck because in TWSNOW trick tips vol 2 Jake emphasized the importance of a solid Ollie in order to get good at riding park and the mountain in general. That lesson stuck with me too!

1st or 2nd Stimilon Big Air @ Stowe. Budley unfazed by a massive icy wedge and 30' flat. Hit it in hard boots on a Burton factory prime ( possibly Asym) And landed a frontside 180. Carved off. 1993-94 ish
