I rarely comment (I know I should), but your videos are so remarkably good that I must. You speak clearly, it's easy to see what you are doing, the recipes are authentic - you are a professional! I can't stop watching all your videos. Your braiding video is clearer and easier to follow than any others I've come across. I've been searching for ideal recipes and instructions, and your Bread Kitchen has brought me to the end of my search. Thank you! I hope you are well rewarded for your teaching efforts. Oh, and not to mention your cheerful, beautifully paced, good-humored personality.

Hi! I'm so thrilled you responded to me! It was so lovely that I impressed myself! I have some great photos that I will try to send you somehow. This morning I used the last third of the loaf to make french toast and it was the best my family has ever had. Also, today I made your croissants. They weren't as pretty as yours but they were still the perfect texture and they were delicious. Thank you so much. You have really impacted my cooking in such a positive way and you are such a joy to watch and learn from.

Titli - Found your bread and busy kitchen channels recently and enjoy watching and learning from you on each excellent & fun video. Your challah bread is a masterpiece! I made this bread often before learning my diet needed to be gluten-free...still miss that wonderful process of working with gluten bread dough and the feel of dough when you know it's just right. Only one thing I m Jewish , I make challa almost every week ) I came to the Chanel because of the video of how to braid) but normally bread can t have milk or butter, so I replace butter for a little lea oil. ( in this recipe ).

I made this today and it turned out very good. The only thing I changed was I added half the amount of sugar you recommended, and after tasting it, I know I shouldn't have. I also must have added too much water to my egg-wash because it didn't brown as nicely as yours, but still looked pretty. Will definitely make it again, but with appropriate amount of sugar and maybe a bit of honey. Thank you very much for the video and for making the traditional 4 strand braid easy to remember.
@TheBreadKitchen10 жыл бұрын
ZnajHistory Honey would be a good option to replace some of the sugar :-)
@ZnajHistory10 жыл бұрын
***** I adjusted and went half and half sugar and honey and made the round braid for Rosh Hashanah. That and a better egg-wash made a very tasty and beauuuutiful challah .... and I thank you for it from the bottom of my heart.
