My real concern with Belly is what nsw players will want to share with him. Coaches won't want to share their niggling injuries with Melbourne coach. Can you see Sticky or Robbo wanting to share their players injuries or weaknesses with Melbourne head coach when it comes to selections or training regiments etc? And now he gets to see Cleary Yeo and To'o on the training field where they are more likely to see a weakness or something to exploit. My concern with him isn't what will happen with the QLD players. Its the NSW ones and the disconnection it brings if he is involved no matter how professional he is
