Thanks for another awesome video. I love trains. So this was great. Also, I'm an '80s baby, and watched the old Thomas The Tank Engine on PBS after Mr. Rogers. What' s funny is that I didn't care that the trains mouths didin't move. Times were so simple. Like others, I just added this to my bucket list of places to visit. Thanks.

Cincy local here: Kings Island was actually a replacement for Coney Island, as Coney kept flooding due to its proximity to the river. The only thing that was left at the park in recent years was the water park....all the rides were removed sometime around 2017 or 2018. There are many rides at Kings Island, like the carousel, Scrambler, and Monster, that came from Coney Island.

So the Coney Island in their display is of it before they moved most of the rides up to Kings Island. They tried revitalizing the park years later and for a while it had a few rides but was never the same. After 2019 they removed all of the rides and it was just a water park. The land was sold a few months ago and will become a new stage for the concert venue in that area.

Jacob is a hoot for those non sequiturs, I love his videos for that. He'll just say something random in the most matter-of-fact way and it sends me reeling with laughter, I love his delivery even if it's not intentional. One of my favorites was from Six Flags Over Texas I believe. He was walking around as normal and it cuts to the camera looking down at a weird puddle of a mysteriously white milky substance on the ground. And he just legitimately asks "What is this strange milky puddle on the ground?" and then cuts away like nothing every happened. I was laughing...SO hard from that. Came out of nowhere and sidelined me. Will keep watching Jacob for those moments, they make me happy and give me life.

The place where the trains go in for storage is called the "Roundhouse" , which I learned at Greenfield Village in the actual village itself, not the Museum. You should go through the Village tour for us sometime. There is an authentic train n station n roundhouse n Paddle Wheel River Boat n a VERY classic Carousel 🎠 besides all the buildings, like Thomas Edison's Menlo Park Laboratory, The Wright Brothers actual Bicycle Shop, all kinds of old buildings n houses up to and including Henry Ford's farm n family house, carriage rides, horse n buggy rides, the list goes on n on. It would be an ab fab vlog, n YOU would be dazzled by the experience. Just a suggestion!!!
