I just want to say a very heartfelt thank you for remembering Justin and dedicating the second season to him. I am his mom and only days ago, became aware that this video existed. Justin was so excited to see you in Denver in December 2015. He sent me a picture of himself with Chris Gethard, and was absolutely thrilled. I have wondered so many times if you were aware that only weeks after that photograph, Justin died. I miss him so much every single day. I'm still in shock that I can't pick up the phone and call him anymore. I thank you so very very much for remembering him and giving a shoutout for him at beginning. I'm touched and honored by your kindness.

This episode has all the charm that we haven't seen since the public access days. I liked season 1, but it always felt like something was missing. Right out of the gate 2CGS gets it back in this first episode. There's a new wacky character, technical difficulties, phone calls are back, teleprompter and staff interactions, totally spontaneous, off the rails action (all aboard the f-chain), and giving Gethard a hard time (I mean this in a good way). Please keep the show going toward this direction. I love the beautifully orchestrated chaos. Last season TCGS was trying to fit into the mold of a regular tv show. A square peg isn't going to go into a round hole no matter how hard you try. Let that freak flag fly baby! TCGS is back! Now all we need is more Murph!

I remember watching this years ago, and it inspired me to quit my job. I'm not necessarily better off today, sort of in a similar situation due to life and the things that just happen, but this did give me motivation to quit when it aired. I rewatched this months ago, and I'm back in school for a new job. I'll be quitting my job in a couple of months and I'm so excited to move on. Oh, and Nolan is so sweet. I want to be his friend.

Chris himself might not even believe it, but he's a very rare kind of person. He is a comedian's comedian who is also easily accessible by anyone. Love the show, love seeing him have success. I saw him open for Mike Birbiglia on the Thank God for Jokes tour months ago in AC and the combination of those two is easily the best comedy show I've ever seen.

I've talked to Chris Gethard multiple times with minimal effort and he always took the time to have a conversation. I don't know any other comedian of his level that does that.

Perfect kickoff to season 2. Been a quiet TCGS fan since the beginning of the second season of public access and you guys really killed it with this one. You definitely found your groove with fusion. Loved season 1 but you can really tell you guys learned the ropes and nailed the interactive bits. Lawrence from Auntie Annes had me DYING. Even one up-ed Todd Watch which was not easy. Show gets better with every episode. Super hyped. Can't wait for whats next.

I really like this show, so it is with respect that I suggest they do a bit more careful work with their audio; the live acts often have no low end for whatever reason, almost as though everything is being high-passed? Doesn't matter so much with the rock groups but is pretty noticeable and detrimental to the hip hop acts.
