I recently wrote a thank you letter to someone who recommended me Madame Chic books and introduced me to The Daily Connoisseur. I cannot express the gratitude I feel, because this has genuinely changed my life. Almost 3 years after reading At Home with Madame Chic for the first time… I transformed not only my daily life and routine, wardrobe (thanks to 10 wardrobe capsule!) but also the way I feel as a homemaker and care for my family AND myself. It’s truly my favourite channel and I adore this wonderful community that you build here for us, Jennifer. As always, this is an excellent video. I adore this series 🌹 Sending lots of love to all Connoisseurs!

This series is so intriguing. I’ve never known about gem vibrations, however it would make sense since I’ve always felt calm touching rocks and always collected rocks. My grandmother collected rocks and so have most of my friends, I asked them when finding random rocks in a bucket or highlighted on a desk or shelf. This was beautiful.

Everything vibrates. Quartz is especially strong in its vibration and it is quartz with its regular pulse that powers the Greenwich clock and keeps accurate time.

I adore this series! Gem stones and rocks tend to be avoided in the Christian community because of the witchcraft/new age connotations. But God created them first to inspire His children and bring joy; long before man tainted them with worldly views. I think it’s important that the people of God remind each other that the stone was created for our pleasure. We SHOULD take joy in it. We should surround ourselves with Gods creations that inspire peace, beauty and happiness. Yes, even the rocks. There is nothing wrong with that and I truly believe Heavenly Father is happy when we take joy in the things He created for us. ❤❤❤

I absolutely love the series on gemstones. Since I was a child, I was always obsessed with rocks of any kind. I was known to stuff my pockets with them even when I was 2 years old! Now I just love to decorate or have a few special things around. I keep a rose quartz on my nightstand. Where I live it's not uncommon to find smoky quartz while hiking. I have a few of those too, which I believe can be for protection. Can't wait to see what you do next!

When I became a young mother, I surrounded myself with Rose Quartz! Truly a gemstone of love, and it helped bring such a feeling of love and peace in a very difficult start to motherhood (my baby was preemie, in the NICU and had some needed surgeries) and so this really helped me during times of stress. I totally forgot about that Greek origin myth! And I used to have a water bottle just like that! Except it was a chunk/wand of amethyst inside, not small pieces. Thank you for reminding me about these water bottles! I love that our water takes on the minerals and vibrations of the earth. 💖

Ps. I am reading some of the comments on here and am horrified by the way that people are talking to you!! Some people just want to “vomit” on everything in order to make themselves look more “virtuous”. 😕 Why cannot we find beauty in the things that God created, and use it to uplift our lives? Why do people who profess Christ’s name have to tear others down? It reminds me of the way the New England Puritans behaved, like not allowing any show of emotion as that was considered wicked (laughing was sinful) and children could not play games or with toys, because playing was considered sinful. God made gemstones. He made flowers. I don’t see people in a rage to tell you that if you arrange flowers, you are worshipping them or pagan by understanding the “language” of flowers, and how each flower has a meaning or represents something. Did not Paul tell the Philippians in Rome that, “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” I’m sad to see people professing the name of Christ and treating others with such contempt and toxicity. I am a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and my home is full of crystals and gemstones. I’ve loved geology and have been collecting gemstones since I was a little girl. I have lots of sage and incense too, essential oils and houseplants. I wear celestial shapes in my jewelry because I love a bit of whimsy. It reminds me of the planets and stars moving in their orbits, not because I worship paganism or use astrology/horoscopes. I just literally love science and space and celestial objects. I’m very grateful that the Lord has given us these beautiful things and that we can bring beauty into our lives and use it to bring joy.

I usually adore your videos and always look forward to them, but rose quartz has never been scientifically proven to emit love and joy vibrations, lol. I would have felt more comfortable if you had just said, some people believe it emits vibrations of love and joy. But I enjoyed the way you worked with the colors and incorporated them into your housekeeping routines. Always visually stunning. I can't find any scientific studies when I googled it, but I did find this: "Some studies show that crystals have the power to create an electrical charge, but that’s about all the evidence shows."

@@naomifehr669 How are they "bad"? God created them. Some people believe they are magic, but there's no scientific evidence. They've never harmed anyone, just their bank accounts if they spend money on "water jewelry".

I know you are in England right now as I am commenting, but I just wanted to let you know that I really love the rose quartz theme for this video, and loved the smoothie! 😄❤As for the rose quartz water, I think it is unnecessary to have this for positive vibrations. I did the research on how these crystals work, but we don’t need that in our water to feel positive. God never told us in the Bible to ever drink anything like crystal infused water. As a fairly new subscriber, I’m so sad after watching this video. I have been binge watching this channel for the past week or so. I became concerned when “vibrations” were mentioned in a different video, but hoped I misunderstood the usage of the word. This video confirms that I did not misunderstand. Many things mentioned in this video are very New Age, occult practices and I cannot continue to be a part of such a channel, even as much as I have enjoyed the other videos. Jesus is my King and only Him shall I follow! I pray that Jennifer and her viewers see the truth about these practices. God Bless, everyone!

Metaphor, symbolism, connotation, imagery…these are all things used in the Holy Bible. Finding inspiration from color and all God’s creation is not the same as sacrificing to idols. Look at the Song of Songs, the Psalms, the way a river “speaks” to our soul about what Jesus means when He says “I am the Living Water.” I am ultra concerned about neo-paganism, but I don’t see that in this video. Consider that you might be misunderstanding literary devices. ❤️
