If you can't help yourself who do you think you're going to help? At some point you do have to realize who wants to be helped and who just wants things given to them and when they don't get it, watch the mentality try to suck your energy away. I am registered Cherokee, but there has been a lot of "mixing" going on and even what is considered "traditional" Cherokee clothing and customs are heavily influence by the European colonists. I broke the cycle - by not having children.I didn't want to perpetuate the violence anymore. Because the need to control and properly raise my children would be there, and I don't know how to do that without using physical punishment. Part of me feels like that's what's gone wrong with the younger generations, now. They didn't get a spanking when they needed it - look what happened? But, what would have worked instead? Glad I found this. Same age as Oprah, trying to follow my path then her show starts. Validated me through the years and taught me, introduced me to other intelligent minds, books. I do miss you. I followed my energy like you said. Leaving the fearful sucking my energy behind, to breath in The Netherlands. At another cross roads. Perfect timing to run across this video with you and Trevor. What wonderful human beings you are. Thank you. Both of you, Keep on keeping on please

Oprah is a fomer showmen, she did everything for money to become famous. She has always searched the opportunities to make a lot of money sacrifiind the truth only to have audience. She was so far the journalist number one to create and feed scandals about celebrities (only and exclusively celebrities, because the huge audience), she was the biggest tabloid's journalist. But, we can see, her "taste" changed and she changed from the show business to spiritual education. It's like a joke. Please, inform you before trust a such persona.

I hope that's because he's intelligent. Which means he knows she's talking lightweight inconsequential nonsense that his audience loves as if it were some sort of new age gospel. So he panders to his audience and to his guest.

Oprah would avoid you like the plague. You would sap her energy. She only likes to speak to people who inspire and uplift her. Heaven forbid you're having an off day and you're in Oprah's orbit.

The good news is that you are aware of it!! How you start your day each day will add or subtract to that chaos. Spend 25 min of quiet time at the start ofeach day to bring yourself into more peaceful mindset.🏯🏯⛩⛩😃🤗🤗

Till this day i am grateful that i have met her i used to be a security guard at her school. Shes phenomenal i remember one time i was paroling next to the library the Main gate called over the radio for someone who was closer to the residents because there was a child who fell because she was not feeling okay, i responded quickly i ran as fast as i can as tall as i am, passing Mam O and her body guards approaching in between the doms she was so amazed by the power of my energy and how fast i could run she gazed at me for second before she continue but i couldn't stop i was rushing to save the child. It was my first proper job 🥰🥰

You have to act. It's important to help out as much as you can. If one person just helped one child they've done so much. If you can do that, it would be beautiful. Just to help one person would be a lot. It's a big step forward... - Michael Jackson
