@rickymon1000
@rickymon1000 5 жыл бұрын
@@dingu6288 it's not a selfish attitude do you know how many people would rather see you next to them stuck in misery because they don't want to do better? Every excuse and handout that could be obtained they're all in. Some people realize that you can't wait for someone to save you, you have to be that person. If you can't help yourself who do you think you're going to help? At some point you do have to realize who wants to be helped and who just wants things given to them and when they don't get it, watch the mentality try to suck your energy away. That's when you pull out them scissors and start cutting away. Try it bet you'll understand the difference between a selfish attitude and peace of mind.

Oprah's story about how she was kicked out of news to be a host of a talk show that considered as a demotion feels so close to home. I had to quit my position in a government hospital and gave up my dream to be an emergency physician to work as a general practitioner near home because of my parents health deterioration and it makes me sad sometimes. but it's been more than half a year now and idk I feel genuinely happy about the life I'm having rn. it'd be better if my parents were healthier but to be able to care for them is good enough. This is really the thing I miss about Oprah she just makes me excited to live out my life 😌

@@lucynjambi2442 I can't fully imagine what you must have to live with day to day. I am a couple generations removed from the prejudiced, hopelessness, and loss of our culture, being as my mother was the product of two "half-breed" Native Americans, who met at a "Indian School" back at the turn of the 20th century (mom was born in 1913). I am registered Cherokee, but there has been a lot of "mixing" going on and even what is considered "traditional" Cherokee clothing and customs are heavily influence by the European colonists. Alcohol, or "Fire Water" was one of the big curses in my family from the mixing of cultures. The other was the absolute disregard and disrespect of women. I broke the cycle - by not having children.I didn't want to perpetuate the violence anymore. Because the need to control and properly raise my children would be there, and I don't know how to do that without using physical punishment. Part of me feels like that's what's gone wrong with the younger generations, now. They didn't get a spanking when they needed it - look what happened? But, what would have worked instead? Because it's not working. And good lord, what is up with the helicopter and snowplow parents? 18 is adulthood. What happened?

@@besaqneber Oprah has portrayed herself as protector of the abused, she even interviewed two supposed sexual abuse victims that said they had been abused by Michael Jackson in the Neverland ranch when they were children even though they had stated, as grown ass adults, publicly and in court that Michael never did anything to them. Everyone knows that the the two "victims" were lying and looking for some money now that the "abuser" was dead and could not defend himself. However, Oprah decided to completely ignore and not report about the several dozen credible snd KNOWN victims of sexual abuse by a man that is ALIVE. This man is Harvey Weinstein. Oprah and Weinstein are VERY close friends. Trevor Noah and EVERYONE in the entertainment industry knows about this. All of the above are facts, I'll let you come to your own conclusions, greetings.

Shes phenomenal i remember one time i was paroling next to the library the Main gate called over the radio for someone who was closer to the residents because there was a child who fell because she was not feeling okay, i responded quickly i ran as fast as i can as tall as i am, passing Mam O and her body guards approaching in between the doms she was so amazed by the power of my energy and how fast i could run she gazed at me for second before she continue but i couldn't stop i was rushing to save the child.
