This psychologist did not mention having a sense of humor as a sign of robust mental health. President Joe Biden has it in spades, as evidenced by 1) wearing the verboten tan suit to honor Obama, 2) raising a water glass single handedly to poke fun at Trump's struggles to raise a glass with both hands, and 3) let's not forget his sliding on the aviator glasses as his Dark Brandon alter ego takes over. He has definitely been declining in his speech patterns and ability to simply communicate. Your last psychologist that you had on your show suggested he has phimotic paraphasia. My Aunt died Dec 29, 2023. She was 99 years old, sharp as a tack. She talked (argued) politics with me up until the middle of December. Yes, she was in a wheelchair. Yes, she walked with a walker. Dr Segal had some really interesting observations to make; not just about Trump and Biden, but about the attitude of our society towards aging, mental illness and the fear of death. My 81 year old brother died recently, and he told me he wasn’t afraid of death, because he’d had a great life, a happy 60 year marriage, his family was happy and healthy, and because he’d been a devout Christian, he wasn’t afraid of what was on the other side. He said, “I have no regrets.” How many people can say that? Dr Segal was very disturbed by the prospect of Trump becoming president. We’ve all known about his inflated ego, and compulsive lying, but it’s the damage that could be done, in his name, and his attraction to fascism and totalitarian regimes and their leaders, coupled with his lack of interest and understanding, of America’s role in the world, that is really dangerous. His attitude towards Ukraine and NATO, could literally cause WW3, and his attacks on democracy and the constitution, would erase the UNITED States of America, and probably start a civil war, and destroy America’s economy, and destabilise the world’s economy.

That being said, I don't want to die any sooner than it has to happen, but I've lived a good life, still am living a good life, and I hope I've made many people's lives better in some way. My Father had alzheimers and dementia, and after having it for a couple years it suddenly starting getting worse at a rapid pace. One day he was doing good, knew who I was, and knew where he was most of the time, and 6 months later he only had a month to live. Then he passed away about 40 days later. The Doctor told me that he says that happens a lot, that you think they are fine, and 6 months later they can barely form words. So there is a big chance that could happen to Trump, he seems to be getting worse every day, I lived with my Father 24/7 and I saw it happen. I would not be shocked if 5 months from now Trump's alzheimers and dementia is so bad the RNC will have to replace him with someone else to run for the Republicans against Biden.
