For anyone who thinks MJ is guilty please read this. The first accuser, Jordan Chandler was forced by his father Evan Chandler. Everyone wonders why MJ paid them. He had no choice. Back then the laws were different and they were allowed to push a civil case before a criminal one. MJ and his lawyers pushed very hard to have the criminal case first because the Chandlers had zero corroborating evidence. Mj would have easily won the case but the judge allowed the Chandlers to push a civil case beforehand. This means MJs legal team would have to show their entire defense and come up with a new one for the criminal case. It also would have been drawn out over a 5 to 10 year period which wouldnt allow MJ to tour and properly continue his career. So when they calculated all the legal fees and lost revenue from tours it would take over a 5 to 10 year period they came to the conclusion that it would cost much more than 25 million dollars so they settled outside of court. Once Evan Chandler got the money he refused to pursue a criminal case because they had absolutely zero evidence to corroborate their story. He committed suicide 3 months after MJ died. Some say he did it out of guilt. He also tried to kill his own son for the settlement money. Jordan Chandler emancipated from his parents as 16 and never spoke to them again for what they made him do to MJ. The second accuser was Gavin Arvizo and his family was a well known family of scammers. They tried to scam Jay Leno, George Lopez, Chris Tucker. They scammed JC Penny out of 150k by lying and saying the security guards sexually molested her. This was later proven to be a lie. They also fully admitted that MJ never ever touched Gavin and helped him heal from Cancer. Once a civil rights lawyer approached them and coached them into saying MJ sexually molested Gavin as they would be able to get millions of dollars. They changed their story and once they went to court their entire story fell apart under cross examination. MJ was found absolutely innocent of 14 counts. He was so fucking innocent they couldn't even convict him of a single count from the 14. MJ was also investigated by the FBI for 13 years and they found absolutely nothing. Most people who are being watched for that long eventually are found guilty of something even if it was small and nothing to do with sexual abuse. People don't understand how innocent MJ truly was. These 2 new accusers are both after money. Their stories are so poor and lack any credibility that they both lost their cases and are getting no trial or money.
@Akumaten12 жыл бұрын
Yes, this is more or less accurate. Those accusers were all liars. But still, Settling the first case was the worst thing he coulda done. In hindsight, those 5 to 10 years might have been worth it. MJ said he didnt like touring anyway.

What I see from these clips are that Latoya was trying her best to answer the questions as she saw fit without having the public accuse her and the rest of the family. Everyone has always called Latoya a lier but really what everyone took from Latoya was the uncertainty of truth that she tried to tell. You have to understand that the whole family has been blackmailed and set apart with allegations thrown at them to say certain things. Latoya is/was the black sheep of the family so of course she would generally be the first that would be broken to talk. The media was always trying to break this family. Most blk families were discipline with whippings and strict biblical principles. This shows how the family was manipulated to tell how childhood discipline became abuse that traumatized them into adulthood that made the public believe that Michael was capable of this sick crime. What was clear is that Latoya was having some sort of breakdown about her past which was twisted into the current issue being Micheal. It is clear that she needed help and wanted love and acceptance from the family. I love Micheal and I love Latoya however I do feel that Latoya lost her way and she was taken an advantage of and expoited in the worst way.

I think Latoya got angry with Michael in the same way Jermaine did at one time, because she probobly was hurting when this all started, she knew he was hurting and he wasn't returning her phone calls. Michael would shut people out, Lisa Marie spoke about this. It causes a lot of resentment.

LaToya in the later years is hard to get behind because of what she did in the 1990s. And you're inclined to disbelieve her EVEN when she finally stops lying about Michael & acting like those allegations are true. But the one thing that she mentions that sounds realer & realer as time goes by is this Conspiracy to kill Michael. She sounds loopy & silly no matter what the era so you're inclined to dismiss her as an airhead or lightweight. But after she reconciled with her family & talked about Jack Gordon & his criminal ties with threats of killing Michael... ...paired with the obvious thirst for Michael's assets & catalog, you start to hear truth in LaToya's words. Some shadowy figures we still haven't fully uncovered wanted Michael down or wanted Michael dead. I think the Jacksons know the actual people by name who are part of this Conspiracy. They can't talk about it in the open because they won't be able to protect every family member from the retaliation. But the Jacksons have friends & allies in high AND low places. One day this whole Conspiracy will be revealed. And it may be by the hands of Michael's kids themselves. We're definitely gonna be surprised at the results.

💯 I think it’s MJ’s own record label Sony because of his very lucrative publishing company. I think the whole false accusations of 1993 & forcing Latoya to attack MJ in the media & talk shows was a way to ruin MJ’s image & earning potential. This force MJ to do a sell half of his publishing company to Sony as a merger. Sony sabotaged MJ’s History Album & invincible album in US so MJ would go bankrupt so they can own the whole publishing company outright. Well sadly they succeeded MJ estate sold off the remainder of MJ’s interest in the ATV Music Catalogue back in 2016. Sony got what it wanted !!!! Sad but true !!!

It's the downside when you're not just a person living a normal life with no parasites around, but rather an asset with a lot of money at your disposal. Michael knew this and tried to escape from these traps. Which, of course, doesn't always work and trust or loyalty from a true friend is something extremely rare and valuable, not to say non-existent.
@alcudiababe1 Жыл бұрын
I have so much to say about this because for starters that was intense. Imagine being sat across from the public and in effect allowing them to rip into a family member which would be personally on so many levels equally upsetting for La Toyah. I don't know how she held herself up across from them, I really don't but the one woman makes a decent point where La Toyah is umming and arring allowing the public to think what they want - to me it's simple, if I didn't think a family member of mine could do something so horrible my reaction would be an immediate no. No, they could never do such a thing. I don't know why but that family is allergic to a straight answer and saying no, no way, Michael could never do that. They are all too media prepped and find little ways to say what they want avoiding straight questions but then I don't know the laws around the allegations at the time whether or not the family could just come on out and give a direct no, but because they never did that whether he was guilty or not at the time his family made Michael at least to appear guilty. I don't think she has a right to her personal opinions to keep something close to her chest, not when it's about clearing her brothers name. It's not about her it's her brother and if that was me I would be screaming through the roof tops saying no he hasn't done anything. I understand that she was heavily influenced by her husband at the time who obviously thought Michael was guilty and therefore knew how powerful it was if La Toyah came out and in her words contracted everything in terms of what that would mean for Michael and and her husband is right she was a massive spokes person for just about anyone to cast doubt over Michael, and through coersion (even though I empathise for what she went through) essentially what she did was black listed her brother. She has to know how powerful it is when she comes on out saying things because to the public she looks like the responsible, and true accountant for her brother. Telling us about cheques and other things, like when she walked into Michael's bedroom everyone stopped what they were doing - she has to know how powerful her word was when she said all of that because when she goes back on that to say her brother was always innocent her credibility has been damaged through switching statements so she can't be a credible source and if she can come out and just hearing her say she doesn't care if she's credible or not - I give up...

I can't imagine Elizabeth Taylor befriending a pedophile and remain friends with him until she passed away. The outcome was Michael Jackson was found innocent. And a few of the accusers recanted their stories because they were trying to get money from him. Aaron Carter said authorities try to make him and his mother lie and say Michael Jackson touch him.. I'm lost because Latoya didn't live with Michael to walk in his room. Remember she was married and lived with her husband. Latoya did the most damage to Michael Jackson, because she was family. Latoya was scared of her money hungry husband. He wanted the money she was getting paid to do those interviews. Now even she has recanted her stories. Michael could have sued her for slander or even destroyed her but being the loving brother he was he was concerned about her well being. Most people think Latoya is unstable. I can't imagine turning my back on my brother like that but then again I never been married to an abusive husband that only saw my family as a pot of gold.. I do think Latoya was traumatized even to the point of being put on medication. Hollywood and the music industry is not a safe place it has too many casualties with physical and mental abuse.

I never got why some people resent Jermaine so much when it comes to Michael. Yeah they had a beef over some producers leading to Word To The Badd but mostly Jermaine supported Michael. Jermaine NEVER called Michael a pedophile. EVER. But LaToya did. And LaToya did AFTER Michael supported HER. We all know it's Jack Gordon behind it but Jermaine never stuck in the knife when Michael was at his lowest point. And I'm sure the whole Jackson Family got a wakeup call when it comes to badmouthing each other publicly after the 1993 Witchhunt against Michael. They let the outsiders in when they bashed each other in the press. Once the camel's nose gets under the tent, that camel is as good as inside the tent. That late 1980s/early 1990s period in the aftermath of Michael's breakthrough with Thriller did some lasting damage to the Jackson Family that they're STILL recovering from today. And it was LaToya who actually cemented this bad reputation. It is a miracle the Jacksons ever forgave her. That is Katherine Jackson's legacy: Family Unity & Forgiveness.

He wholeheartedly believed in this Bible passage. Matthew 18:3-5 "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me." He spoke of it in interview.

Did you miss what her husband was doing to her and are you aware of who he even is? He had Mob ties even. They wanted MJ down.. by word or by death. She chose by word to protect him from death. He threatened to have MJ and Janet Killed. He wasn't some random nobody. MJ knew that man's power and what was happening.. that's why he was able to forgive her. In the end.. he ended up dead.

This is so sad 😞. I hate this even happened. Til this day I still defend him and if Michael was doing this why would they the parents continue to send their children to his place?????? The parents setting their own kids up if that's the case. They know he wasn't doing that stuff.
@JameseGray19912 жыл бұрын
He may not have done it but at the same time he exposed himself to be accused with his obsession with trying to recapture something that he believed was taken away from him. I love the man's music but the things he did was not right. There's something wrong with a man who cries and begs for a kid to sleep with him alone in his bed.
@for-house-stark2 жыл бұрын
@@JameseGray1991 way to go blaming the victim here instead of empathizing with him. And who cried and begged for children to sleep with him? That is such utter rubbish. Every single accuser complained that MJ cut them off. Even in court! Even the Martin Bashir documentary showed Gavin arviso himself talking about BEGGING MJ to sleep with him in bed and MJ refused and slept on the floor instead. As you can see, it was them chasing him and not the other way round like the irresponsible media would have you believe.

Allegations don’t come from thin air. The fact that he was a grown man thinking it was okay to sleep in the same bed as random children, was wrong. I don’t believe he was innocent. From what Latoya has said about her own experiences with her father, I believe. Abused children often become abusers themselves. I feel bad for Michael bc all stems from what he went through as a child. They all look sunken when you look at their eyes. Smh. I believe she struggled with telling the truth vs being loyal to the family. They all did. RIP to a great legend.. I wish he didn’t have to go through so much. Two things can be true at once. Positive and a negative.

Either way, having people's children you don't know in your bed is weird. Having a theme park and all the kids attractions before he had children of his own is weird. Parents allowing their kids to go there is weird. Even if NOTHING happened, it still looks bad. Was he the king of pop, yes. But a lot of people can't separate the music from the person.

Whats even weirder is the parents allowed their kids to be around a grown man. Look at today how parents allow drag queens to dance and swing their privates in kindergarteners faces.

I think she was tryna get at his father abusing them as children as to why he acts like he does. And she never really wanted to go against her brother but she was right that shit was weird and it really just made no sense. The media really twisted her words and made it seem like she spoke I’ll of her brother when she only spoke her truth and because she felt it was the right thing to do. Her message wasn’t wrong

My question is this not saying he's guilty cuz I wasn't there I don't know but his sister Latoya she's been on numerous talk shows where she said that he was guilty there have been times when she said that she saw things that if you saw them with their own eyes it would make you sick to your stomach and want to throw up and Michael knew this and there was even a talk show she was on where the host said if you knew that your brother was guilty why didn't you try to get him help she said I did but he wouldn't take it he refused then call the police because I mean if you know he's abusing these innocent boys wouldn't you want to help them and she said I could not turn my brother in I couldn't even be there when he went to trial I had to leave because I knew they would subpoena me and make me go on the witness stand then I couldn't do it. But then she's been on other talk shows or new shows where she said that someone told her to say these lies against her brother that they were lies they weren't true and when they asked her one time that spoke out out of all her siblings and her mother and her father no one else said anything about this why because she claims that they all know about it but she says why do you think because he pays them he takes care of them then I'm thinking well she's his sister too is he not paying her and taking care of her and then that makes me think what if it's a case of he's not giving her money he's not supporting her and she's angry about it so to get even she's making up lies about him I just don't know
