Great shooting Noor! Umarex did a great job putting this superb platform together. a friend on YT Johnny MAK shoots mice with his Notos out to 94 yards. It's tons of fun. Two other recommendation I have for backyards. For a pumper at 100 is the Winchester 1977XS then upgrade the scope and a domed 9g to 10g pellet. For a person who likes traditional wood stock rifles at the same price as the Notos, the Regulated Beeman Chief 2 or the Gamo Arrow Classic, only from Gamo. God's Blessing to you and you family.

I bought the Notos for my 11 year old grandson and he LOVES IT! So do I. He loves my SK-19 .25 cal but as you know it can’t be used as safely as a 18 FPE Notos and the Notos is half the weight and that means a lot when you weight 55 lbs. I’ve been using it to down some pests at home and it’s been amazing, powerful enough for pesting(rats and small birds) and some light hunting(mostly birds and iguanas and such) and very quiet. My only gripe with it is the shot count but that’s gonna be fixed soon, bought the Huben dream valve and a 420cc bottle to increase the max shot count and then it’ll be perfect for me

A low budget airgun will likely require seal replacements over time more than some high end ones, and I say some because even high end distributors recommend replacing your seals once every few years. I’ve had the Notos for quite a while now, though, with zero issues.

@@cloufishn I was honestly dumbstruck how accurate it was with this more powerful magnification scope; seriously didn’t anticipate it at all. I was almost stacking them at 79 yards.

Why does everyone hate the stock notos mags so much they aren't that bad try the ones in the whisper break barrel guns and then complain about these. I have 200 rounds thru my notos and not a single jam or misfeed my gauntlet has been more of a issue with misfeeds a couple times but you just have to be deliberate and not short stroke it or it will double feed and jam with slugs

Man very nice clip ,But did you tune this etc ..Because the trigger is not very good imo ..Please let me know ..This cant be out of the box ,,I dont rant m8 ..I just want to learn .I like your clips allot .But that trigger ..How much pull is on your NOTOS?

@@scinner28 no tuning at all :); I haven’t wanted to mess with the tune on this because I was afraid of sacrificing shot count. No work done on the trigger other than placing it in the Buckrail chassis.

For me the appeal of the Notos is it's compactness and cost as you said. Also for low volume pesting situations at close range. The one real drawback is the small air cylinder and regulated shot count of only 20. Therefore you better not be far from your air source which also means you will be spending a lot of time filling up during your shooting sessions. Therefore if you are going to be plinking a lot I think going with larger rifle with a larger air cylinder for more shots per fill is better. You had some expensive equipment there like your scope and fill bottle. Would of been nice to show a set-up with a budget scope like an UTG Bugbuster and one of the small pcp compressors to show the total cost of a complete starting package.

I’m a big fan of the Athlon Talos BTR as far as budget scopes go; that one has worked very well for me. But in terms of compressors, I don’t trust the Amazon ones; an Air Venturi would be good, though. I did a video last year showing a little backpack Notos setup with a small refill tank and an Athlon 1-8x scope which works well, though now I’m sold on higher magnification after seeing how tight the groups were with this on 15x :).

I’d rather have the $400 bipod than the air gun and grab a g2 or avenger sorry just a better idea for a budget airgun and both are proven platforms my opinion
