This is so beautiful. The salafi movement certainly had it's khair, let's not deny that, they put the importance of dalil from quran and sunnah back on the table and warned against ta'assub that had been spreading. Unfortunately, they've landed where they warned us from (ta'assub of the scholars). In the mean time, they've awoken the ummah. Now it's time for us to regain our belief, to improve our islam with the four fiqh madhahib. To improve our iman with the four aqidah madhahib. And to improve our ihsan with the rightly guided tasawwuf (not the deviant variant, but the original, pure tasawwuf of al-Hasan al-Basri for example)! I tell you little more about those so called "sheikh" (one of the haram fruits of the same trees which they call "al-azhar") Earning his PhD in 2013 from Al-Azhar University in Egypt, Professor (Egyptian cleric or Sheikh) Rashid Mustafa made a statement claiming that drinking alcohol is not haram (forbidden under Islam), and “those who say that it is haraam lie to God.” they should start reconsidering their religion. All I did was repeal the old interpretation of sharia and come up with a new one that helps establish coexistence and peace with other religions. Islam did not impose the distortion of the Bible or the Torah. A Muslim person should believe in these holy books as well. Some religious authorities interpreted few verses in a wrong way and considered that Muslim people should only believe in the Quran. What proves the failures of this claim is that when the Prophet was given the Holy Book (referring to the Torah), he kissed it, confirming that there is nothing that should be “higher.” My fatwas are based on textual evidence and verses. For example, the most recent verse related to pork consumption in the Quran denounces all previous ones that forbid it. It is the same for alcohol: the Quran forbids drunkenness because it is harmful. One should not pray after drinking alcohol as well, but this does not totally forbid the consumption of alcohol, especially since alcohol, in my opinion, has certain benefits.

They will then fight and a third (part) of the army would run away, whom Allah will never forgive. A third (part of the army) which would be constituted of excellent martyrs in Allah's eye, would be killed and the third who would never be put to trial would win and they would be conquerors of Constantinople....."

(Sahih Muslim, Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah) . However, Mu'az ibn Jabal narrated this Hadith by stating that these events will occur within 7 months, not years. He narrated that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Al-Malhama Al-Kubra (Big Battle), conquest of Constantinople, and the coming of Dajjal (Anti-Christ) will be (occur) within (a period of) seven months." it is bizarre to use the hadith about the conquest, in order to allege that the Prophet peace be upon him praised naqashabani or maturidi! such claims are false. also the hadith has to be looked at by using other related hadith. it seems that the conquest is in refernce to the latter days. This resulted in the building of separate prayer niches in the masjid communities where more than one Madh-hab existed. Masjids of this type can still be seen in places like Syria, where Sunni Muslims follow either the Hanafee or Shaafi’ee Madh-hab. Even the most holy masjid, al-Masjid al- Haraam of Makkah, which represents the unity of Muslims and thereligion of Islaam, was affected. Separate prayer niches were set up around the Ka’bah: one for an Imaam from each of the schools. And when the time for Salaah came, an Imaam from one of the Madhhabs would lead a congregation of followers from his Madh-hab in prayer; then another Imaam from one of the other Madh-habs would lead his congregation of followers and so on. It is interesting to note that separate places of prayer for each of the Madh-habs remained around the Ka’bah until the first quarter of the twentieth century when ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn Sa’oud and his army conquered Makkah (October of 1924) and united all worshippers behind a single Imaam regardless of his or their Madh-habs.

I agree. the Prophet peace be upon him did not praise maturidi or naqshabandi. in fact the Prophet peace be upon him warned us of following innovations. maturidi uses greek philosophy for their theology. naqshabandi has many bida'. anyways the hadith about constantinople could refer to the end of times as explained in Sahih Muslim Book 41, Hadith 6924 Chapter: The Conquest Of Constantinople, The Emergence Of The Dajjal And The Descent Of 'Eisa bin Mariam: "An army consisting of the best (soldiers) of the people of the earth at that time will come from Medina (to counteract the romans). When they will arrange themselves in ranks, the Romans would say: Do not stand between us and those (Muslims) who took prisoners from amongst us. Let us fight with them; and the Muslims would say: Nay, by Allah, we would never get aside from you and from our brethren that you may fight them. They will then fight and a third (part) of the army would run away, whom Allah will never forgive. A third (part of the army) which would be constituted of excellent martyrs in Allah's eye, would be killed and the third who would never be put to trial would win and they would be conquerors of Constantinople....." so the blessed army is the army of Imam Mahdi. and the best leader is Imam mahdi. hence the leader mentioned in the hadith is not the ottoman leader but rather from the projeny of the prophet (sallahllahu alihi wasallam) i.e. Imam Mahdi

It is sad that he ignores the Madhab fanaticism of the past which I ask Allah (subhanehu wa taalaa) not allow it to repeat. How can a learned person state Allah (Subhanehu wa ta'alaa's) command: "And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. " (Surah 3:103) and having 4 Mihrabs (prayer spots) for each Madhab in the Haram masjid (Mekkah) as a miracle in one breath is beyond abnormal. If there is a symbol of unity it is praying together Shoulder to Shoulder. The Imams of the 3 madhabs learned and worshiped together. For example: Imam Malik was the teacher of Imam Al-Shafii, and Imam As-Shafii was the teacher of Imam Ahmed Ibn Hanbal. The Imams of the four Madhabs are innocent of those who claim to follow them; the same way the righteous Muslims whose graves became a place of veneration are innocent of the deeds of those who venerate their graves. And the Prophet (sallahau 'alaihi wasallam) was not praising a "Hanafi, Maturid" and Naqshabandi); He (sallahau 'alaihi wasallam) was praising a Muslim. Using the labels ""Hanafi, Maturid" and Naqshabandi" is like injecting sectarianism among the masses. What was the Madhab, Aqidah, and Tariqa of the Sahaba?

Where is the dicision there? We al l believe in Allah and his Messanger. We all accept the Quran and the saheeh hadiths. We all pray together in masjids and we pray almost the same way. Where is the division amongst those 4 madhabs ? And regarding to the hadiths about the fath of the Constantinople, the main idea was would prophet Muhammad pbuh praise someone who followed something which is bid'a or someting wrong? Because, by consensu, Muhammad Fatih was Hanafi, Moturidi and Naqshbandi. Or are you saying that our beloved prophet Muhammad pbuh praised Muhammad Fatih and his army as a blessed Amir and blessed Army solely because they conquered Constantitiople and prophet Muhammad pbuh didn't care that they would be following bid'a or something wrong? Islam is simple and clear if one wants to follow the truth. The truth is the Book of Allah and the Saheeh Ahadeeth to be followed as understood by the Sahabah and all the Ulamah who followed them strictly up to our time. As for Madhab or opinion of a Shaykh Imam then if in an issue the proof is provided from the Quran and Sunnah then we accept and if not, then we take the Imam Madhab that has the proof. If no proof then we follow that which is closest to the truth. Anyone that call to other than the Aqeedah and Manhajus Salaf as Salih is a deviant. Such as the sect; Shia, Soofi, Khawarij, Asharis, Marturidis, Brelwis, Naqshabandis etc etc.

Hold on a second. All four madhabs are upon the Qu'ran and Sunnah to say they're not is haram as these schools were founded by the greatest thinkers of fiq in the time of salaf al-salih so if you follow one of the four schools of jurisprudence then you are upon the Qu'ran and Sunnah. If you step outside the four schools which were agreed concencus of the ulama in the time of salaf al-salih than you are outside of ahlu sunnah. I agree Shia is a sect and who are the khawarij of today? All the terrorist groups that claim Islam and what group of thinking they follow? That's right Salafism. As for Ashari and Maturdi, they're not considered sects but as theological schools as the same with Athari creed which Hanbali school follow. All three theological schools agree on most things but have minor differences in secondary matters. The salafi claim to follow the Athari aqeeda but have been rejected by traditional Hanbalis who do not associate with themselves with salafism and claimed Salafi creed is based on Ibn Taymiyyah who was heavily influenced and inspired by anthropologist scholars such as Ibn Karram (founder of Karramiyyah) and Muqatil ibn Sulayman. These two were refuted by great scholars of the salaf. They belong to a group known as the Mushabbihah and yes, they still exist today but hide behind the term "Salafi" when there is nothing salaf about them as they reject many teachings of salaf al-salih. I could mention a list for them if you want. One of them being tasawwuf which was practised by all Imams of salaf al-salih. Unfurtently, Salafis are ignorant to understand a sufi is not a club you can join. You have to become an Awliyah and if you do not strictly follow tasawwuf, it is haram to call yourself a sufi. As for Naqshabandis, it is a Sufi school order. I bet you didn't know Sultan Mehmed II, the conquerer of constantinople was prophesised by prophet Muhammed (PBUH). In hadith, he is seen as someone being in the right path yet he followed the Hanafi madhab, Maturdi creed and Naqshabandi Sufi school of order. This alone by the words of the prophet refutes Salafis.

I personally spent time with Shaykh Nazim, the leader of the sufi Naqshbandi order in London in the mid eighties. We were in a home across the street from Buckingham Palace. I witnessed an American woman kneel and kiss his feet. He spoke to me and changed my name to Amatillaah. I was not yet Muslim, yet was interested. I had adopted the name Samira while in Jordan, simply because I liked the sound. He said you are not Samira, you are Amatullaah. I brushed it off as irrelevant. Years later, I realized why. The root of Samira is s m r..staying up late joking and idle talking. I then took back my given name, Diane..comes from d y n...a religious judge. I went on to memorize Quran and am fluent in Arabic. I have translated fatawi Ibn Taymiyya on the subject of qadr....destiny. Although I prefer Salafiyya, Wahabiyya..Tawheed..I respect all Muslims as frail humans as myself, prone to error. I ask Brother Hamza to read the Kitaab at Tawheed, sharh Shaykh Uthaymayn. This is the real Islaam.

These arab scholars inherit the understanding of deen from the Chain of arab scholars before them who link to Tabieen and sahabas. It is the most pure form of Islam that one can get. The source from where our prophet (in madinah) came obviously has to have Islam in most pureform. I tell you little more about those so called "sheikh" (the haram fruits of the same trees which they call "al-azhar") Earning his PhD in 2013 from Al-Azhar University in Egypt, Professor (Egyptian cleric or Sheikh) Rashid Mustafa made a statement claiming that drinking alcohol is not haram (forbidden under Islam), and “those who say that it is haraam lie to God.”they should start reconsidering their religion. All I did was repeal the old interpretation of sharia and come up with a new one that helps establish coexistence and peace with other religions.Islam did not impose the distortion of the Bible or the Torah. A Muslim person should believe in these holy books as well. Some religious authorities interpreted few verses in a wrong way and considered that Muslim people should only believe in the Quran. What proves the failures of this claim is that when the Prophet was given the Holy Book (referring to the Torah), he kissed it, confirming that there is nothing that should be “higher.” My fatwas are based on textual evidence and verses. For example, the most recent verse related to pork consumption in the Quran denounces all previous ones that forbid it. It is the same for alcohol: the Quran forbids drunkenness because it is harmful. One should not pray after drinking alcohol as well, but this does not totally forbid the consumption of alcohol, especially since alcohol, in my opinion, has certain benefits.
