Exactly what I was thinking, I mean if I recall the main reason Gogeta went blue was because he knew Broly had to be put down quick. The only other thing we have to even come close to "compare" is Heroes...and in Heroes Jiren was more amazed by Gogeta than UI Goku. (I know it's not canon but there really is no other comparison) so IMO we really can't judge which is better out of UI or Gogeta Blue

That just shows HOW much stronger Gegeta was. Look at it this way. In a fight where they had NO choice but to fuse to win, then once fused, Gogeta just straight up flexed on Broly until he got bored. UI Goku got fucked up by Jiren multiple times and only won because Jiren wanted to test his own strength and wanted to prove something more than win the tournament. If that wasn't the case, UI Goku woulda straight up lost. Gogeta on the other hand, had absolutely 0 chance of losing to Broly. None what so ever. So taking this into account, it's actuallt not a bad gage to show just how much more stronger Gogeta Blue is compared to Bluku and Blugeta. Also there was a line Whis says. Most people think of it as a throw away line but he says "See, you two can work together!" when he first see's Gogeta. He always implied that if they worked together, they would be more powerful than Beerus. So by this we can assume that Gogeta is indeed AT LEAST on par with Beerus. Making him at the very least, as strong as UI. Personally, I think he's stronger than UI when it comes to raw power. The thing about UI and MUI is it's not all about raw power, more about overwhelming speed. Since the body reacts automatically in both offense and defence, it's less about the pure strength and more about the overwhelming amount and unreadable attacks while being able to simultaneously avoid being hit. Gogeta literally BREAKS REALITY when fighting with Broly. Yes that can attested to the fact him and Broly are super strong and their combined power broke reality but Gogeta was HOLDING BACK in the fight as to not kill Broly. He had no intention of killing him. We can see this because when the Final Kamehameha just misses Broly due to the wish Chelai made, he's super relieved and happy. Conclusion: Raw power, Gogeta is stronger than MUI, Speed and battle prowess in general MUI is stronger. If they could go toe to toe, it will more than likely be a draw. But I have to give the edge to MUI since, unreadable and automatic attacks, plus Soul Punisher will not work on MUI since it only works against the corrupt of heart and Goku is the most pure of heart character in the series. Soul Punisher is one of the strongest moves in the entire series so it's a big loss not being able to use it. As a Gogeta fanboy, admitting this doesn't feel great but right now, we just don't know enough about Gogeta to make the claim he's indeed stronger than MUI but we know full well what MUI is capable of and the potential it has.

Gohan and Vegeta noticed very quickly when they saw UI Goku for first time fighting, it was very different. And sure, Gogeta has way higher powerlevel than Goku, but we know in ToP that it doesn't matter much. Suppressed Jiren has also a gigantic powerlevel, casually fighting SSBE Vegeta and SSBKK20 Goku at same time, he could one shot them at any time but he was just toying around. Even Beerus (and Whis) refused to give Potara ear-rings, because they fear Jiren would ring-them out together losing both Goku AND Vegeta. But regular UI Goku was able to close that gap solo... that's insane transformation. Not strange, because Goku learned UI basically from Whis... Whis himself said that UI basically makes you INVINCIBLE in combat, hence why Jiren with insane high power-level struggled taking down Goku's "invincible transformation". So Gogeta should, in theory, also unable to beat UI Goku, he can only drag the fight till Goku loses the effect. But don't say that only UI has time-limit... I'm sure you know that Fusions have also strict time-limit, Gogeta is not a Jiren. I'm sure 1 more SSB Kamehameha in movie and Gogeta would defuse against Broly. Unless you suggest Gogeta is superior to Vegito and they can stay longer fused...... but that's not proven and also just lame to think about.

The thing I didn't like about UI or MUI is the fact that it's clearly known that it's a technique and not a form , so where did all this new overwhelming power goku gained come from ? It's was supposed to be a technique of ultimate heightened sense of awareness and instinct, not another power up form like another level of super saiyan. So even tho goku can't activate MUI at will , shouldn't he at Least still have access to that enormous power ? Even tho MUI should've never been meant to be a power up . unless goku is still using the same amount of power he always had but then that wouldn't make sense as jiren was tanking attacks head on the entire time . or maybe once jiren had taken damage , he loses the durability to tank such attacks as he did before . like if vegeta would've hit jiren with that super charged final flash after getting knocked around from MUI goku it would've really done some big damage .

People seem to scratch out that Frieza is extremely powerful, as well as having godlike level of durability. This was after the T.O.P., which one would assume Goku, Vegeta, and Frieza are so much stronger in DBS:B compared to Super's last arc. People jump the shark on the fusion scene, calling it random and out of nowhere for a seemingly "weak" Broly, even though he wasn't receiving a scratch from Goku and Vegeta blue in just ssj. If Goku really goes for fusion, his own full power and Vegeta's are not enough to even take Broly on. Goku is really gonna need UI to take on Full Power SSJ Broly. Otherwise, he's most likely going to be ragdolled worse than when Broly humiliated him in his ssg form. They are both easily dead without using unorthodox methods.

UI is definitely the feat king, especially since it's the marketing flagship at the moment. They've been pretty careful about stockpiling info about it; going out of the way to not verbally scale during the Broly film, to Jiren or otherwise, seems to be a part of that. I imagine Beerus will slide up in scale as the story goes on too, even though logically they should be way past that point. Good video.

In my mind, if the fusions are a culmination of both Goku and Vegeta and then multiplied, then that would make both Gogeta and Vegito stronger than anything Goku and Vegeta could be on their own. From my understanding, the fusions have all the knowledge and techniques of both individuals at their disposal and then they have their power multiplied by god knows how much, plus the fusion is an entirely new being capable of coming up with their own techniques and stuff. I'd like to believe that this would, in theory, make them stronger than Goku UI. As for which fusion is stronger, i'd like to believe that in terms of raw strength since both of them are made up of Goku and Vegeta that they're basically equals. Not saying one can't beat the other, but if they were just measuring strength alone, they'd probably be equal.

People heavily sleep on Broly. He went from not being ssj level, to being above SSGSS in his base. Then quickly caught up to Gogeta, imagine if he actually trained. Every power level they hit, Broly quickly followed and overcame, but going SSJ2 to SSGSS Gogeta was to much of a gap, and he got absolutely speed blitzed before he can start adapting. Now I assume since he knows those power levels and went above ssgss in his base, he no longer needs to adapt, his base is forever gonna be ssgss level, so imagine once he trains and learns how to use his power, its over for almost everyone. Personally, I believe that Ultra Instinct has a weakness. The ability to attack and defend without thinking about it is limited by how fast your limbs can move (your speed). Your speed is dependent on your power level. In other words, if someone is faster than you, even if you block without thinking about it, your enemy's attack will still hit you because their speed is faster than yours. This is why the Grand Priest (who knows UI) has one of the top 5 battle powers in all the universes. This means having UI is not enough - you still need to have a high power level to use it correctly. This is why if UI Goku fought Whis, Whis would beat him easily. Whis has a higher power level (and therefore higher speed) than Goku. Both of them move without thinking, but Whis's limbs can move faster than Goku's and Goku loses. Sooo...basically, if Gogeta Blue has a higher power level than UI Goku, he will beat him.

When you combine Goku unlocking his true fighting speed along with the power boost UI gave him, it makes sense that Goku would beat him easily. In other words, once Goku achieved MUI, his power level was *higher* than Jiren's - so he won.

Finally someone said it! And of course this comment will be overlooked. The only thing I have to argue in your point is base gogeta scaling to ssb Goku. Broly was basically wiping the floor with Goku and Vegeta blue by the time they were ready to fuse. If gogeta scales to Goku blue at base he would have much more of an issue with broly than he did before he went ssj. Granted gogeta did go ssj almost immediately but if you remember before going ssj gogeta knocks away and Dodges broly's blasts without any look of worry or that he might be in trouble. Granted I'm not saying base gogeta is leagues above ssb Goku (not that I would be surprised if he was because he should be) but with what we were shown I wholeheartedly think it's safe to say base gogeta is stronger than ssb Goku

I honestly think that you have to measure each individual seperately. Goku is always meant to be the "strongest" in the dragonball universe. Logically speaking The untapped power of Goku who is the strongest combined with vegita who we know is always on the heel of goku when it comes to power... Has to be without a doubt more powerful than any one of them as an individual. Gogeta Is the ultimate trump card. You can't tell me that in a 40 minute fight or a tournament fight, that Gogeta wouldn't evolved as fast a single Goku. The *only* reason Broly didn't go down so easily is because he is a legendary saiyan "THAT'A HEAD CANON BS STFU FANBOY" Stfu and listen. We've seen 2 other legendary Saiyan so far and they are Kale and Kefla. Both Kale and Kefla have tanked hits that should've ended any other person that wasn't God level. Berserk Kale Tanked and WALKED THROUGH a (not even weakened yet) Goku Blue's Kamehameha. When UI Goku first fought Jiren, he landed a knee straight to jiren's gut and Jiren had a shocked/pained look. Also that form was powerful enough to get Jiren to actually try to the smallest degree and even then that's impressive since it's Jiren. (Second Omen is MUCH more powerful than Omen) Kefla stated TWICE that the hits she got from UI Goku (Second omen) were "pretty wimpy". No i am not implying that Kefla is more durable than Jiren. It's that Legendary Saiyans are *insanely* durable and the fact that Broly lasted so long against Gogeta isn't bull sh*t like most people are claiming.

I just wanna point something out here. First, you say that Goku and Vegeta individually are stronger in Super Broly than their Tournament of Power versions, and they would murk them. When Goku and Vegeta fuse, they become stronger than their individual parts. They also have the rival boost so that makes them even stronger. So somehow, a Tournament of Power Goku, which you said was already weaker than Goku on his own, defeats a fusion which is many times stronger than Goku during Super Broly? That doesn't make much sense. I personally think that Gogeta would win.

It's not _any_ ToP Goku. It's MUI Goku. A legendary technique that grants you extraordinary speed and power since your body reacts by itself without needing you to think, therefore using the body's potential to its fullest. I dunno if you noticed, but the difference in power between Super Saiyan Blue and regular UI was enormous. And the difference between UI and MUI was also enormous. This comparison reminds me of the comparison between Vegito/Gogeta in any of their Super Saiyan forms against Super Saiyan God. Goku himself stated that not even Vegito would be able to match Beerus. So SSG>Vegito/Gogeta. It works the same way with UI Goku and Jiren. I don't think the difference is as large, but SSB and UI are on two entirely different tiers, the same way SSG is on a different tier from regular Super Saiyan forms, and MUI is on an even higher tier as well. MUI Goku wins.

I do agree that MUI Goku is insanely powerful, but I do still think that SB Goku is more powerful than ToP MUI Goku. So if SB Goku fuses with a SB Vegeta, then Gogeta would be much more powerful than ToP MUI Goku. Also, if Goku having ultra instinct is your argument as to why Goku would beat Gogeta, then I don't think it works. Ultra instinct is a technique (as used in dragon ball) where a fighter lets his body fight and isn't held back by his/her thoughts. This doesn't mean the person cannot be caught and hit. Jiren still managed to damage Goku MUI. Also, I don't think it would make sense for Goku to be stronger than a fusion he's a part of. Because it's taking all of the strength he's putting into the fusion, combining it with Vegeta's, and multiplying it. So I do think Gogeta SB would beat a ToP MUI Goku.

Haku Ok so ur not gonna like this but I firmly believe not only that Broly is stronger than Jiren, but also that Gogeta blue slaps both Jiren and MUI Goku under all circumstances and here’s why(this is gonna be lengthy so just here me out please): Ok, so we know from the fact that because Goku and Vegeta ran from Broly and Goku only believed that fusion would work, and NOT kiaoken or blue evo, we can safely confirm that REGULAR ssj Broly can body ssbkk20 Goku and Vegeta. This is something that Jiren actually did in the tournament, even with 17 in the mix. I don’t believe another blue lvl fighter would’ve mattered if Goku only thought of fusing to beat Broly, so SSJ Broly or Jiren > Goku, Vegeta, and 17. They fuse and Gogeta appears, and in BASE form Gogeta effortlessly evades all of Broly’s attacks. This can confirm to us that Base Gogeta dominates blue lvl fighters like Goku, Vegeta, and 17. Keep in mind, Jiren had to power up to his full power state to do this, so that means that SSJ Broly and Bass Gogeta are comparable to THAT full power Jiren, not the real full power Jiren against UI. However, Gogeta turns SSJ, and Broly barely even lands a successful hit on SSJ Gogeta, if he even did at all. Such effortlessness can even mean that this Gogeta was suppressed and not completely seriously. But SSJ Gogeta dominates SSJ Broly who I confirmed is relative to suppressed full power Jiren. The only other person who seemed to actually dominate this Jiren is 3rd UI Goku. SSJ GOGETA is >~= 3rd UI Goku. Later, Broly turns LSSJ(or full power), and BODIES SSJ Gogeta, and Gogeta chooses to, in order to body Broly again, SKIP SSJ2, SSJ3, and SSJ god. This means that LSSJ Broly is WITHOUT A DOUBT, stronger than Real Full Power Jiren AND 3rd UI Goku. So the only way that Jiren won’t get DOMINATED by LSSJ Broly, is if he goes Limit Breaker, which is exactly what MUI Goku did to Jiren. So LSSJ is ROUGHLY equal to MUI Goku in raw strength, which PROVES that it is more than likely true that Broly is stronger than Jiren and POSSIBLY Beerus. But once Gogeta turns Blue, Broly lost without even landing a single hit on Gogeta, and he didn’t even break a sweat while doing it. So guess what. In raw power, Suppressed Blue Gogeta DOMINATES Jiren and MUI Goku under all circumstances. Thank you so much to anyone who made it all the way here, and I hope this puts into perspective why I believe that Broly is most likely stronger than Jiren, and Blue Gogeta is definitely stronger than MUI and Limit Breaker Jiren, from using basic comparative power scaling of DBS Broly and the Tournament of Power. This is the problem I have with power scaling. Though I agree with the final decision, there was way too much maybe’s or if’s in this video. Things I was hoping to hear things like Broly is relative in strength to the Gods of Destruction (GoD) because both GoD Toppo and Broly were able to destroy Golden Frieza with ease (if this was said and I didn’t hear it I apologize but I watched the whole video and didn’t hear that). You can even go further and strengthen that argument by saying Frieza thought he could control Toppo’s destruction orb just as he thought he could control Broly but he was clearly wrong in both of those situations. Those are feats that happened both in the show and movie. Saying things like oh the characters in the stand used power scaling during the ToP but not in the movie, hold no merit because those same characters were not present in the movie during the fight. Toppo defeated Frieza much quicker than Broly did, even then Toppo held back because of the rules. Broly raged Frieza for over an hour and still couldn't drop him out of his Golden Form bro, much as I love Broly, he is inaccurately portrayed as being way more powerful than anyone Goku and Vegeta ever fought. Even though Whis is far more superior than MUI Goku, Ultra Instinct is still able to dodge Broly's attacks with little effort. Gogeta eventually started eventually dominated Broly, MUI Goku will beat him right away. I'm only assuming though 👌

Well let’s remember, the UI form was temporary, and we don’t know how long it lasted against Jirin in the final battle in the tournament of power, and because time works very very, very, complicated in Dragon Ball we can’t say MUI Goku will win, because Gogeta could win by time. The other thing is that we don’t proof that Gogeta or even Vegito, could use the Kioken. In truth we really don’t have enough evidence to really truly declare a winner.

You can’t say that about kioken, because it’s been proven that any technique or transformation that only one counterpart knows, it’s enough for the fusion to do the same thing. That’s like saying we can’t prove that DBZ Vegito could go ssj 3 which he could. And also I can actually prove that Gogeta blue dominates LB Jiren and MUI with simple power scaling if you’d like to hear(while also proving that Broly is FAR stronger than ppl give him credit for).

@@112yroldaang8 the reason that MUI is so powerful is because it ignores power differences, making it possible for goku to beat jiren When we dont know either of Gogeta's multipliers, we cant really declare a winner As for kioken, well, let's just say they can use ×15 (likely more but this is enough) they can do what Jiren did and make UI dodge into there attacks, and effectively, either outlast UI, or deplete Goku's stamina enough to finish him (and this is only factoring in Gogeta with kioken ×15, I ignored the rival multiplier as we dont know how large it is, and he can likely go higher with kioken)

Mario Gamer 64 You just wrong about MUI and I’ll tell you why with a question, explain this: if all of the angels have MUI by default then how come they are still different from each other power wise and they all still don’t stand a chance against their father, the Grand Priest? I’m not sure whose fault this is for making everyone believe that ultra instinct is just the end all-be all bag of chips but it seriously needs to stop. Maybe it is for Goku, but ultra instinct itself is just that: instinct not Jesus.

Reading all the comments is always fun. I thought it was summarised really well. I don't know why people make the argument that because Gogeta is half Goku, MUI Goku can't possibly be stronger. It's such a stupid one. We don't know what the power increase is from SSB to MUI because even SSBKK was so outmatched by Jiren even fighting along side Vegeta in SSBE. Same goes for SSB Gogeta, Broly doesn't touch him so we can't know the extent of his power. But just the way the other characters interact with the two forms speaks volumes for me. Goku's MUI transformation shakes the world of void and has a standing ovation from all of the Gods. Beerus who was in awe of Goku during the T.O.P whereas he was chilling during Gogeta's appearance. Whis was thrilled and proud to see Goku achieve MUI whereas he casually says "oh look you guys can work together" to Gogeta. The gods strive to achieve Ultra Instinct, yet throw the Potara earrings to Kale and Caulifla like it's nothing. Just the reverence reserved for MUI says wonders at least to me. MUI Goku, more impressive feats and revered by the Gods. I'm gonna go with MUI until Super is back and we see Vegeta with an MUI beating technique.

Here's the thing: I too think that MUI is way more hyped up, and definetly more deserving of being stronger. The buildup, execution, reactions, etc. But. Fusion is still another level. First of all, Beerus didn't actually see Gogeta and Broly, he just says "Guess they managed something" after he noticed Brolys power signature vanishing. Whis also called Gogeta's peformance "Truly magnificent", or just subarashii in the sub. Here's the difference in reaction between fusion and MUI. Everyone was so incredibly in awe by Ultra Instinct simply for the fact a mere mortal attained it in such a short time period (remember, the tournamet was only 45 minutes), something that has been absolutely unheard of so far. Meanwhile, Whis very well knows how strong fusion is, so he has no reason to be surprised by their overwhelming display of power in that state. The power scaling thing is an interesting topic. Yeah, Jiren beat up SSJBKK and SSJBE (initial) rather easily, but it's not like it was absolutely nothing for him, he had to power up more , and showed more power than he has before. Here's the thing: People don't have to be 50 times stronger than someone to beat them like it's nothing. Remember, in the Frieza saga, SSJ Goku was only 20% more powerful than FP Frieza in the end, and basically ended the fight with a single gut punch. Furthermore, Gogeta in his SSJ form was already much stronger than SSB Goku and Vegeta combined, seeing as he dominated SSJ Broly. If you'd ask me, I'd put Gogeta's SSJ in the range of SSJBKK x10-20 Goku. We have no idea how big the difference between SSJ and SSJB, and the difference between SSJB and MUI is. But if you ask me, it's hard for me to believe that the latter is bigger. I could go more in depth about this power scaling if you want me to, hit me up. I've seen alot of these debates, and see alot of people referencing what people said, such as Goku saying "You might be as strong as Beerus" to Broly, using this to try and prove the point that Broly is much weaker than Jiren, which is a whole nother debate and not the point at all. So sure, I'll quote Goku aswell. Goku literally said "Fusion is our only hope to beat this guy". So uh yeah. Anywho, interested to see your reply, hit me up! Debating is fun.

YOOOSSHHHAAA ! I agree with you for the most part. But when you said you put Ssj Gogeta at Ssbkx10-20 I had to stop. Ssj Gogeta is very much beyond both Ssbkx20 Goku and Ssbe Vegeta. I mean the dude in Base is at the literal minimum Blue Level and that’s excluding the fact that he himself stated that his power exceeded Ssb Goku and Vegeta combined in Base
