5 different repositories for information would be excessive and chaotic for me. I’m glad it works for you, but I can’t imagine having to jump between Google Calendar, Notion, a dedicated project planner notebook, a discbound notebook, AND a brain dump journal. I’m exhausted just thinking about it. I have ADHD and ideally need everything in one place - maybe 2 at most.

Everyone's process will be different for sure! What method have you found to keep track of everything?

It's so funny to see that I am not the only one that has multiple systems in order to keep track of stuff but that's exactly why I am trying to put everything into Notion instead of splitting things. The more busy we get, the less time we have to take care of multiple systems properly and one way or another, we start to neglect them. I love bullet journaling because it's so much fun to created the pages yourself but lately I just found it super stressful since I hardly have the time to do it properly anymore. I think a lot of us struggle with the same sort of thing.

Absolutely. I think it's important to shift and find what works in our current season. SO hard when something we loved becomes stressful.

@@KalynBrookeCo I totally agree! I love the aesthetic and feel of a bullet journal. It's so pretty and playful but sometimes you have to decided what's more important to you... and sadly in my case that meant dropping my beloved bullet journaling method for something more efficient.

How fun to see inside your system! I live in GCal and Todoist, and I just today found out you can set goals using GCal! Not as amazing as the Six-Week sprint journal but may be a way I integrate my sprints from there into my calendar! 😍

This may be exactly what I've been looking for! I already use most of these, I just hadn't figured out how to make them all work together so this video is really helpful. I will say I prefer Keep to Notion for daily and recurring task tracking due to the fact that I can uncheck all the boxes at once. But I'm just lazy like that. 😜 And I am so bummed Google has decided to ditch Reminders in favor of Tasks! I also dislike Tasks. Thanks for this video!

I JUST saw that about Google Tasks. Such a bummer! So glad this video could help you put some of those puzzle pieces together though!

Thanks so much, Kalyn for sharing this approach!! I've been also struggling between going fully digital and my filofax obsessions but will definitely try this out! Do you actually have the notion dashboard template that you could potentially share? They look so structured for weekly planning! Thanks in advance and have a lovely festive season 🙏🏻

I'm so glad you got a lot out of this video! My personal dashboard has been updated since then and here is the most current tour: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rJqtiWeMacuGiKcsi=4HERxfOm7iTujqit I don't actually have a template for this one since personal dashboards are so personal! But I walk you through each of the sections so you should be able to set one up. :)
