A couple of months later I returned and we were engaged. A year later I returned to bring her here. A month later we married. We’ve been married now for 4 years and have a 19 month old. I really enjoy your videos. You are 100% correct in your comparison to Western women. My 2nd and current wife came from Iloilo. We have been together for over 26 years. We live in Michigan USA. I met her through a Penpal service in the late 90's I went to Hong Kong to meet her. She was working as a nanny. Even her former charge and employer come and visit us from time to time. My wife means everything to me. She has even made me a better person. She works hard to take care of her family, and I even feel closer the her family than my own. Her mother always asks about me, and always says to me on the webcam "I love you". The rest of the family is just as nice to me. When I visited her home the family was very protective of me. Her nieces thank me for being part of the family. I am a very lucky man to have such a good woman in my life. I hope others will have as much luck as I have. Thank you for the work you do.

You better be aware that every Filipina relationship brings with it strong family ties. Those ties extend to obscure cousins and other mystery relations. Control this early, be fair, be generous, but set limits. Do that and you will have the best relationship ever.

I have yet to visit the Philippines, but I've been talking to some filipinas over various dating apps in the past year. And that is exactly the feeling I got from them, they are very approachable, simple, genuine, easy to communicate with. They all came from different areas with various lifestyle, from 21 to 34yo... they were all very easy to talk with. The complete opposite of western women. Recently, I've been talking to a lovely girl who lives near Manilla and so far it is going so well I am planning to travel to the Philippines to meet her in a few months.

"Women are women." Yep, this is true. Even if you find a great Filipina, she's still a woman and has needs as well. So, a good relationship is not an automatic thing. It still will require work even if you go overseas to find it. But I think Filipinas respect their men MUCH more.

Too many! 😉 Even for a guy that remains faithful, the temptation is more because unlike women in the west, Filapinas have their way of "passively" pursuing us! It's flattering, but when you are already married to one, it's like navigating a minefield trying to be nice, but not giving the wrong impression... Filapinas are hurt very easily... I’m pretty sure I found my Filipina! it’s been months and I already visited once with a plane ticket booked to go back beginning of next year. Filipinos are wonderful people and the bad ones will stand out in a crowd of them. Guys know what you want and improve yourself which in turn will attract the right one. Just be patient qualify them to what your ideal wife will be but prepare to bring the same energy in the relationship. Stay away from bars! Phone call centers have coffee shops nearby so start there!

My humble opinion is that mostly every place there, as Filipinas are definitely permanent girlfriend and wife material. The smaller the town or city the better and more traditional the lady. In Asia, the Filipina seems to be best for Western men, as their culture and language are more intertwined. Thailand, for which i favor has a bit more hiccups. But the Philippines likes men that are religious, and if you are atheist or a non-beleivers they can have issues with it. Thai and other Buddhists do not. Other beliefs are good in this respect. Hello Pea, I like it when you are out and about talking with people , its amazing how the internet has changed the world , when I first came to the Philippines I was traveling and working with a volunteer dental team there was very little internet people had to go to the internet shop not many mobile phones , there were not that many foreigners around then . Now its a completely different world in the Philippines lots of people coming and I think the big draw is the beautiful ladies and the lifestyle and of course the cost of living is much lower. Go to Thailand if you can get a O visa or a E visa because tourist visa are a nightmare. But Philippines tourist visa is okay you can stay for 3 years but I don't think you will last that long

As a 29 year old that has never dated or been in a relationship, It's kinda hard for me in the states to get into one. Most Filipinos and married filipinas told me to actually to go to their country to go find a woman.( I was a bit shocked when they say that) I think I'm just unattractive in the states. Most filipinas at my job saying that I thought I have a partner or wife. They literally said I'm actually a handsome guy. I dont think they were joking but to me I dont really think I'm an attractive guy. One day I'll travel to the phillipines and see if anything happens. Most men say I might be worth it more than them because im young. Idk lol. That's an unfortunate side effect of the low end protestant denominations. Especially the no name big box churches. Unfortunately they tend to be by far the least well versed of all "Christians".

True story...when my parents got married and after the honeymoon, like immediately after, my mother lives with my father's oldest sister for two weeks to learn how to cook what my father likes. For real! And it was two weeks because she was already a good cook so learned quickly. Ahe was to stay there and learn as long as it took. So i guess in theory ahe could still be there. My mom already had a 4 year college education and a good job when the met. Try and find anything even close to that now. Father died this fall at 91. Just short of 62 year marriage. Other than if one was in the hospital they never spent a night apart. Now most women are already planning the divorce before they even get married.

We have a lot of empty headed military guys here from abroad in PH. They lack in IQ, & education, but luckily most women dont care here so they are very lucky. The US military pension is enough to support our basic needs lol.

I remain single in the US because of the entitlement of most women here and my unwillingness to compromise. I would rather be a happy single person vs being in a relationship that ultimately would fail! What a waste! One of my closest friends lives in Philippines and says I would have no problem finding a woman without the entitlement. But not completely true though as a Filipina's family is first in most cases....never forget that.

Hi Pea! Don’t get me started on Mexican Restaurants. I am from the Midwest and we have wonderful Mexican restaurants all here and all over the U.S., I love all dishes. I have an Asawa and built a house in Parañaque, Philippines. I have been to the Philippines over 20 times. I have yet been to a Mexican Restaurant worth anything in the Philippines, so disappointing. Seafood, Chicken, Pork, Pizza is all very good! I love Max’s & aristocrats Filipino family style dishes. However the Mexican style restaurants leave a lot to be desired. So if that guy who claims to have fabulous Mexican recipes people will beat a path to his door!
