I LOVED YOUR ANSWER ABOUT ARGUING....MANY YEARS AGO I LOOKED AFTER A LITTLE GIRL WITH CF, SHE WOULD LAY HEAD DOWN MY OUTSTRETCHED LEGS WHEN I DID HER CHEST PT. NUTRITION WAS VERY HARD BECAUSE SHE WAS SO FUSSY, WE WOULD OPEN THE ENZYMES INTO A VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF NON DAIRY ICE CREAM, THEY WENT DOWN WELL. STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF, LOTS OF LOVE AND RESPECT 🤗 🤗❤️

I adopted my son from foster care and he has Cystic Fibrosis. He was 8 pounds at eight months when he was placed with me. He has a feeding tube and does wear a vest twice a day for 30 minutes (more if he is sick). He does have lots of meds and we are so thankful he DOES qualify for Kalydeco (a drug that does address one of his genetic mutations at the cellular level). He is now three and weighs 26 pounds and is the happiest and funniest guy. You guys did a fantastic job of painting a picture of what it is like for babies/toddlers today with CF. I love you guys. I watch you every day and it has helped me choose joy and given me good guidance for how to raise my son to choose gratitude and remember he is perfectly made by His Creator. He's such a gift and an answer to prayer!

Alex Copper I also suffer with conic pain an have most of my life. It’s so draining to wake up in pain an go to bed an hope to sleep but some nights it’s hard the pain can keep you up all night. Mines mostly back an hips. I broke my hip at 13 yrs old an have had 4 surgeries an 2 of those 4 were hip replacements. So know my back is shot because of the hip issues. I’m 43 an I’ve been in pain more of my life then I’ve not. I’m more dependent on medication then I’d like to be but because I have to take care of my home, husband an son. So to do those things I have to take certain pain medication to give me a little relief to be able to take care of those things. Hope that your pain isn’t as bad!

You two are the definition of relationship goals! I think a large part of marriage problems (mine in particular) come from a lack of communication and a difference is how two people communicate with each other. Your videos have helped me with my decision to discover the differences and issues with the way my husband and I communicate to better our marriage. Love The Frey Life!

I really liked this Q&A, especially the question regarding arguments. I feel like you guys should talk more about your relationship and the difficulties you have had. We only see your life from what you show on KZbin, and sometimes it can seem like you both are the "perfect" couple that never argues. It would be nice to hear more in depth how you both work together to solve problems (including specific examples) and just other aspects or advice as to what makes your relationship work.

I guess it's an American thing. I'm Irish and I notice many Americans choose Irish surnames as their kids names simply because they're Irish. Like Riley is a popular one which I'm sure comes from Reilly, a common Irish surnames. Ice Cube's first name is O'Shea, Kelly is an Irish surname and there are people called McKenzie which is a Scottish surname.

In America, some people use the last name of a female in the family line - frequently the pre-marriage last name of a grandmother, great grandmother. It's a way to acknowledge the family cultural heritage as we have so many multi-culture families. For example, of my 8 great-grandparents, 2 are mostly German, 2 mostly Scottish, 1 Dutch, 1 English, 1 Turkish.

You are the most delightful couple and your channel is my fave. I was looking for someone else with a GJ tube and ended up at the Frey Life. While our medical problems differ, you inspire this mom of 4 grown sons. I’m so glad that you live in love of God and maintain Faith, which is so critical when we’ve got extra challenges. Elijah is a gift and he’s so very loved and nurtured…thank you for sharing your journeys with those of us who need a bit of inspiration..you’re a lovely family. And: I often relate Peter to my husband. Aren’t we blessed with wonderful partners who join us in good times and bad? God holds you in the palm of his hand, Mary. You are the “sunshiniest (not a real word)” woman and i pray for your health and happiness. Hello to Ollieboy!

What 'til you're married for almost fourty years! My husband and I have been together for a little over fourty years. It's been a rocky road, financially and mentally, but every time something happens, bad things, things have a great turn around to the better! Even with our girls, who still live with us. They are in their thirties, they work, but they don't make enough to be on their own. The way things are now a days, I would rather they live with us. Anyway, I'm glad you are feeling better. God bless you and your family.

You probably already know that LeCompt is French for the The Count, which makes me think of Sesame Street! It's not actually pronounced either the way Mary said it nor exactly the way Peter pronounced it. But it has a couple of sounds that aren't found in English, so English-speakers typically replace those sounds with English sounds, which is pretty much what Peter's pronunciation did. Fun language facts for Wednesday (late night).

One time my husband and I arguing over which cabinet to put the salt and pepper in devolved into using Blue Clues [Mrs Pepper and Mr Salt] as our reasoning for why we were right. What about baby paprika?! So now when we're arguing we bring that up and it lightens the mood humor really helps. My husband and I were also long distance while dating and our engagement and I think it helped us learn to talk.
