@@Moismai Let's suppose one of your workshop participants recommended the workshop to his/her friend who is a Sales Manager. Client: What measurable outcome will the reps be able to improve after they finish your 90-min workshop? How would you respond to that? It would be equally awesome to hear how the guru, Chris would respond to this?

@@thefutur I think it's more about "someone who's not friend with The Futur or Chris". Mo is cool but we've seen him multiple times, he knows you so he won't be too hard on you, he won't put you in a bad position: like people said, he's not very combative here. The same video with someone really trying to hire someone, using those arguments, trying to win the debate for real... that would be much more better. Afterward, if we could have the feedback of this "client", telling us how he felt about that kind of talk, it could be really nice :) Well I'm in France anyway so most of the tips can't be applied here (different mentality and way to do business) but I still learn a lot from it. Thank you so much about those video, sorry to be so harsh and so demanding when you're doing such a good job already!

I am in India, I feel the pain of cultural/societal nuances in business. I asked Chris once that I try principles of WWPM often, but I still have to pitch sometimes to win. He said: They are guiding principles, you have to figure out a path. Its like a game of chess. I have been able to grow my business significantly using the PRINCIPLES of objection handling presented by such valuable content by @thefutur.

I love how most of Chris’ responses were coming from a very empathic view. He was not trying to fight off the client or sell himself harder. Instead, trying to understand where the client was coming from and giving examples he could relate to. Great content as always, guys! ❤️

I love the 'lesson' parts! I could immediately apply nr 6 to two situations I was recently in myself, and it was nice to see my own intuition being expressed so elegantly in a sentence. Thank you! But for the sake of intellectual integrity I need to point out that Mo didn't have any objections because he didn't have a real scenario. This was an empty conversation. Chris 'destroyed' every round by just asking for the specifics of a project, which Mo didn't have, because there was no project. Is there a chance you could run through a real scenario that Chris has actually been through? Surely he could spin some argumentative points from jobs done, perhaps even 'ironman' his opponent and then show how he won the client over.... or he could even take a completely new approach! Either way it's great fun to watch Chris' genius at work. Thanks for the output of great stuff! Loving it!

It really all comes down to CONFIDENCE. Thank you Chris. There has to be a conviction in person’s subconscious mind: that he/she doesn’t need that client! All our reality streams from that. Many of us grew up in a family where parents took that confidence from us and created a set of beliefs of inadequacy and fear. Getting rid of these false beliefs is a long and painful process. You have found the way. Thank you for sharing all your ideas.

It would be interesting to do a roleplay with someone that isn't a designer or in the industry. This guy is ringing the bell because he already full well knows the value. It would honestly provide way more value to us if you just got a real business owner not closely related to this industry, whose busniess actually would benefit from what the discussion would be on. And roleplay as if they totally are talking about getting this done for their business, but they just don't have to buy anything at the end even if they say yes at the end of the roleplay.

The skills you give on having an agreement before an estimate is given is great and you’ve articulated beautifully selling without selling. I’ve always had this philosophy and done very well, but how you do it seems like it’s much more effective. 2 and 7 are price justifications I love using and probably close deals more often than anything else. I’m just beginning to watch the channel and feel there’s a lot to learn.

Watched so many of your videos and I can conclude one consistent thing: Whenever talking/negotiating with a client - it's always better to speak from a "I really don't need this project/client" - type of perspective. In reality many of us really need that quantity, therefore it's pretty hard to talk to potential clients with that confident attitude.
