Best is homeopathy.. My Cholesterol ldl was 245 and total cholesterol was 220...i took Homeo medicine continuously for three months along with 45mnts daily walking.. To my surprise, when I got it checked after 3 month's.. My ldl was 138 and Total cholesterol was 190...and I am still continuing.. Excellent.

I blend raw garlic the whole bub mix it with water and I shake it together, I add a whole lot of honey and I drink it down through out the day. This will help to lower cholesterol and help with blood suger and lower blood pressure.

Instead of big lecture follow this basic advice. Eat natural food which is not processed i.e no added sugar or oil. Keep less sugar or oils addition in food. The body converts any excess calories to fat thus high cholesterol. Finally exercise 30 min 3 days a week. That's it

hello, thanks fo rthis video, i am a pure vegeterian, so most of my diet is what you recommend, the only thing is milk, curd, butter and parmesan ( so all milk products i buy 2% or 3% maximum) still my LDL is 3.83 mmol/L (above normal 3.50) and my NON high density lipoprotein is 4.20 mmol/L and my cholesterol total is 5.27 mmol/L (above normal 5.20) , what could be the reason, should i leave milk products?
