I'm glad they got around to making the guns from Time Cop into real firearms, lol. Maybe that or the ones from Bladerunner. That biometric gun looks like somethin i would have imagined we;d be currently using back when i was a kid in the 90's lol

So Beretta made a gold plated gun instead of a 92X Defensive with a comp and a decocker? Yawn Beretta... Yawn.

Staccato now has my interest since mags will not cost a ton of money. As for Beretta, I am just a plain fanboy and love what they are doing.

What Biofire needs to do is stop with the "smart" gun idea and build a SMART gun. I'm talking M56 Smart Gun, HJKE-11 Yukimura, Smart Pistol MK6, etc.
@c0c0asauceКүн бұрын
To be honest, I don't want biometric sensors on my firearm's but I do like the idea of them only working for me. It would be interesting to see Biofire expand into making grip modules for the P365 and RXM (pdw chassis would grant more space for the components and batteries.) I can imagine a grip, stock, and trigger combo for the AR platform would also have plenty of room for the tech and much larger battery capacity.
@maybe5883Күн бұрын
What, you don’t have enough reliability issues without adding more failure points? I’m not betting my life on the “smart” gun working.
@c0c0asauceКүн бұрын
@maybe5883 I definitely said I don't want biometric sensors on my gun. I like the idea but it would have to be proven reliable for a while before I bought into it. It's like the sword in the stone. Only one can draw it.

What gun are you shooting would be a great bit of information with every different weapon you fire in the video.

As dumb as it sounds, I love that gold 92X. I was looking at getting a Gold Girsan 92 clone just as a fun gold gun since I do not own any, but to have it come from Berretta directly instead is awesome. Hopefully those run under 1200.

4:07 not sure he caught on to that reference 🤣 I like Stocatto I'd love to have many models but there's something about this new model and the fact it uses glock mags and I think the slide release looks similar to OA2311. Granted I get that you can only do so much to ergos and generally everything before it becomes a tip of the hat to something already done. But they trademarked four numbers in which that whole genre can't use. But hey they'll use those Glock mags because nobody wants to spend $100 on one mag. Probably just me but it feels kinda fucky. Thanks for sharing! 😎👊🤟
@Boomboompow12Күн бұрын
If you’re paying $100 for 2011 mags, you don’t know what you’re doing. They can be had in the $50-$60 range new.
@jknewb6276Күн бұрын
@Boomboompow12 I'm not buying any 2011 mags at least right now, lol I was giving an example but I'm pretty sure there are 2011 mags that cost $100 and yeah I might not know what I'm doing at all times, lol who the hell does?
@Boomboompow12Күн бұрын
@ You knowing what you’re doing all the time isn’t my concern or care, not sure why you even bring it up. I’m speaking specifically towards your comment of the $100/mag.

I have a hard time believing the smart gun has a year long backlog in orders. The design does look cyberpunkesque but smart guns are a slipperly slope. Just google "new jerseys smart gun law." Basically new jersey introduced a law that said once a smart gun hit the market all gun stores had to only sell smart guns within 30 months. This has been toned down to say all gun stores must offer smart guns. So smart guns have been used in the recent past by democrats to eliminate all regular guns from being sold. This is why the gun industry has shunned smart guns.
