Wow, my 1st class this week.....it was my eldest son's wedding day last Friday 23rd August ......What an Amazing day 💝 I really loved this flow class, it was a challenge but was able to complete it all.....massive thanks to you 😘

Wow that was a challenge in places today Rachel, particularly in the shoulders when we were on our elbows for a period. Managed the roll overs but needed to support my back on the come down. Enjoyed it very much, thank you and have a good break. 🤩

Beautiful class.such a soothing voice which helped me to move on.i find going down and lifting of the floor with lower back was painful but I know the bent over with straight legs hurt my back.can suggest some alternative.

Thank you. I made my first sloppy roll up. It looked easy, but it is really hard. Luckily for me I placed a padded mat under me, but my pulling up and coming down on the mat is very sloppy. Have a wonderful holiday break.

Wow!🥵very challenging but satisfying, the kind of intermediate I enjoy, no standing bits at the beginning to struggle with (balance and ataxia issues). But I feel well-stretched, slightly sweaty, and strong, 💪🏻, like I’ve really worked. Thanks so much, have a lovely and well-deserved relaxing break🧘🏻♀️❤❤❤see you in September!😊
