I’m post menopausal and exercise in fasted state every day. But you have to adapt to this.

I would really like to understand how his suggestions affect perimenopausal women? When he spoke about exercising in a fasted state he referenced working with high schoolers who have very different biology compared to a 40 year old perimenopausal woman. What evidence is there that a one size fits all approach is best?

I'm post menopausal and been doing IF for years. As long as you get sufficient protein there is no issue. 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight
