And thats basically why Ainz never uses his OP staff (at least not on the main timeline lol). If it were to be destroyed, he could lose ownership of Nazarick and the NPC. Basically an instant gg 😅

Yeah I would definitely be doing the same thing! Like save it for more dire situations if any! Although it makes me wonder how many things in the new world could actually destroy the staff? Or could it be stolen?

@@TheHeckOfficial It is possible to destroy the Staff of Ainz Oal Gown -the guild weapon in the new world. That's why it is hidden deep inside Nazaric. And Ainz uses the replica of it as a ceremonial item.

@@TheHeckOfficial In theory it could be stolen in a very difficult way but it would be useless, the staff has the restriction that only Momonga (Ainz) can use it, an exception would be the talent of the young Nifiria (I think that's how it's written), who can use any magic item regardless of restrictions or conditions (one of the main reasons Ainz wanted to gain his loyalty and favor).

The video forgot to mention that the equipment we normally see Ainz using is all divine class. Ainz's guild conquered the dungeon on the first try, the developers granted extra data capacity as a gift for the achievement

That is so freaking wild! His guild had to be a straight powerhouse! I love it

@@TheHeckOfficialwhat is even more crazy is that once I believe 500 players tried to make the biggest raid ever on Nazarick and they failed. They all were slaughtered on a singular floor

Touchme is super cool when you learn more about him. He was the first leader of the guild(if I remember right) and one of those world champions(his armor is a world champion item). He was in the top five players ever in Yggdrasil. His real life is also kind of interesting. I think he had a job in law enforcement, but the real world in overlord is a corrupt dystopia that crushed his dreams of actually helping people, so he found his escape in Yggdrasil, where he got to be the valorous knight saving the oppressed that he had always wanted to be.

That is rad, I love finding out more information like this. It really does appeal to the gamer in us. The way we play games sometimes is more of a representation of how we'd go about certain situations in real life. It would be awesome of they made a new anime based on the adventures that happened in Yggdrasil.

Man you guys ought to pump these Aninews videos out! Id watch the hell out of them and very rarely do people react to his content which i think is close to a decade old now but probably the best informative videos abiut Overlord's lore

Heck yeah thank you!! Bringing that hype! Definitely going to start doing more of these now!

Crazy how the author created a detailed and intricate mechanics for a game that isnt even where there the story take place in

Idk if it counts but in sekiro to get a secret ending you need to fight this boss for a second time and he was like hell the second time and I had already beat the game so everything in it felt easy except for him.
