Use the file of Napoleon III of as template. It's in common\character_templates apoleon_template.txt

You can specify that using 'earlistusage' and 'latestusage'. Look in the files of existing characters for examples.

@@richardsvensson thanks. I actually got them appear, but they have the ideology and stats I've gave but they don't appear as the ID. Must be somewhere else I have to put them in.
