Wow! The flavors in this recipe are amazing. Made using whole wheat penne pasta. I used a 14 oz block of tofu (as that’s what I had) instead of 16 oz called out in recipe. Also, when I made Brittany Jaroudi's marinara sauce (no more store bought for us) I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes which came out to 3 cups instead of 2 1/2. So little difference in quantity of tofu and tomatoes in the marinara sauce but the recipe can out FANTASTIC!!! And it make a lot. Plenty of leftovers. 😋😋😋😋😋

Looks amazing!!!!!!😋 I am thinking of making this for my dish to bring for Easter dinner. Yes please do a cheese dip recipe. My family makes a great cheese ball recipe but I cannot find how to replace it with whole food plant based ingredients. Btw they make their cheese ball with cream cheese, wochestire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder and shredded cheddar cheese. Would love to see a replacement!

You are an inspiration. Your recipes and videos are great. The only things that make a video unwatchable is when they jump around making you seasick or if the sound is unbearable. I've never seen a bad video from you.
