What a time to make this video. Maine abhi 01-Feb se he gym join kiya hai. Abhi protein powder lena shuru nahi kiya kyunki trainer bola pehle 15-20 days regular aao.... Body ek bar form mein aa jaye phir protein lena. "As i am vegan, so i don't take milk, nonveg or eggs. This makes protein powder more compulsory for me & my body." You shouldve stopped consuming it when you noticed some signs. If you did, and the hair fall still hasnt reverted then its stress, hormonal changes, proper sleep and genetics fault

Many researches are conducted on this topic. I guess doctor didn't update the info accordingly. It's recommended to consume 30 gram protein every meal which can be done with or without whey protein. Many studies for conducted on whey protein, in one such study they asked the subjects to consume 30g protein every meal and 90g protein. The muscle gain was same in both of them. **Whey Protein isnt the cause to kidney failure** , some who had kidney failure already had a weak kidney. Only 5% had kidney failure and all of them were tested with a weak kidney before the test

Yeh madam alag level ki gyani hai. Whey peotein is made from milk. Paneer nikaalne ke baad jo paani bachta gai and usko phek dete ho, wahi whey hai. Protein is not steroids. Yeh doctor mohtarma becasul capsures bhar bhar ke de denge in vitamin deficiency but in protein deficiency yeh gyan chodenge about liver and kidney damage. Kidney and liver doesn't get into risk due to protein but due to excess protein or ammonia. Meat zyada khaoge to protein ke saath ammonia bhi jata hai body main. Meat protein is high quality protein but you can't have much of it due to ammonia ( specially red meat), similarly apne body requirements ke zyada protein bhi body pacha nhi pata hai and will make you body work harder to break the peotein you took. Take whey protein, soya chunks and live a healthy life. I used to sick and severely depressed, always underweight kyuki main excercise ko izzat nhi deta gai..pehle padhai padhai and ohir office main kaam kaam. Lockdown pe covis hua 4 baar which not just detroyed physical health but mental health. My vitamin d was as low as 5mcu in body ( minimum should be 30) and then I started running, weight training and cared about food. My confidence increased, i stared to look good, feel good. Don't watch thia bullshits. Gake care of you health and nutrition. Yeh doctor khud bas paise kama rhi hai, kabhi apna health khud check kar liya karein.

Please consider talking to a certified nutritionist before taking topics like this.... Anything taken in access is harmful... And soya protein is the funniest protein available, absolutely bad for gut health of most people. If someone has a kidney issue , please consult the doctor before starting any supplements . Please do your blood work regularly even if taking any supplements. Anabolic steroids are a big no...They ate harmful taken in any way.....Not necessary until someone is a professional bodybuilder

But letme tell u, creatine safe tabhi tak hai jabtk aap uske sath protein requirement bhi puri krhe daily ki.Agar aap sirf creatine lenge without completion of daily protein requirement then creatine can be harmful

@@faizeditzs अरे भाई यैसा नही होता हम भी ट्रेनर है २ gm क्रे़यटीन ठिक है ५०-५५ kg वालो के लिए और ३-३.५ Lt पानी इतना ही काफी होता है बहुत ज्यादा पानी पिने की कोई जरुरत नही
