The widespread occurrences of poor posture is more prevalent than would be if there were no cellular phones. Almost EVERYONE has a cellular phone and many spend incredible amounts of time utilizing them. They have replaced reading, writing, and so forth. 📚✏ Not for me, but this applies to a vast number of individuals.

It's not and neither is looking older. Advertising makes money .. a lot of money .. trying to have people think negatively about aging, especially in terms of appearance. Growing older is a wonderful thing in many ways...especially if you've grown. You can grow and develop physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, intellectually, creatively -- in a myriad of ways. Many cultures celebrate aging and respect and even revere older people. And older people often have a lot of love, wisdom, knowledge and experiences they can share with younger people. I've always, since I was a little girl, loved older people. All ages are awesome. Just enjoy the age you're at. Each moment of life is a gift and it will never come again, so I try to appreciate each day of life. Ok, enough from me. Just wanted to let younger people know not to be afraid of getting older. It's a waste of time anyway, lol.

Before i do drinking alot.. Smoking vaping... N i m just 19 (almost 20)... My face looks like i already got 3 or 4 child.. (auntyface) and i suffer over weight cause of stress and i hardly losing some weight.. Even for few kg... Then 2015 i stop drinking alcohol ... Quit smoking... Start swimming n drink around over 3 liter water daily.. (with measurement weight over liters) i started to realize my body changes... My skin glowing than before... I dont need 50 inch makeup to hide anything on my face.. My acne reduce... So for me... To look young... Just do healthy life.. N detox... Make lemon, cucumber n mint leaf as your new best friend... And you can have that ingredient as masker also..

I have Never smoked, nearly never drunk ( max 1 cup a year, and dislike it a lot). 90% of what I eat is not processed, and is organic, I workout, dance a lot (and enjoy it a lot), I try to learn new things every time I can, I am open minded, curious, I try to sleep enough, and I don't spend much time in front of a screen (smartphone, tablet, pc,...), I try to feel happy of what I have :) These are my tips :) Not really secrets...

I was just listening to this tutoril and I noticed that the first thing they said to do for your skin was to use sunscreen. Well I've listened to the advice of Dr. David Williams for the past 20 years, he is a natural path type doctor and he says yes we need sunscreen but we should not use the kind with chemicals in it because it can actually cause skin cancer. His suggestion is that we use Vitamin C powder mixed with a moisturizer for our skin, preferably something that doesn't have chemicals in it too. Mix those two together and then apply on our skin. And that will be a good sunscreen. I used this actually when I was in Tucson Arizona one year walking to Walmart in 90 degree weather and it did kept me from getting burned, so I know it works and I hope that some of you see this and see that it works for you too!

I never forget Sunscreen and my shades . I never eat any junk foods including chocolates, ice creams . Eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits and drink a lot of freshly squeezed juices throughout the whole year. I drink a lot of water to keep my skin hydrated. I drink green tea twice a day as green tea has antioxidants in it . I wash my face 5-6 times a day even I am wearing make up as my make ups are waterproof. I laugh a lot. I am generally not tensed about anything. I sleep well. I do exercise daily. And , guess what !!! I look at my 20's when I have actually crossed 35 in real life. Some people even think I am still in my teens .

Affirmative. I'm told I look half my age. On super energy days, less than half. I agree with all of this BUT I do a few other unbelievable things. And something once in a while that even reverses my grey hair! I'm going to do a video soon.

I can't sleep on my back,I have back problems. Would daily cleansing, moisturizing /sunscreen and weekly facials still keep me from aging even if I sleep on my side, that's what I have been doing.

Does this also apply to fruits? Because I never touch processed sugars or foods with added sugars\candy\dessers etc - I only eat fruits but I eat a lot of fruits. 7-8 a day for breakfast on an empty stomach...
