Love this Kegerator and the simplicity of it. The parts and the method used go to show how inventive those in the industry are. The Kegland kit is awesome and SO well thought through. Love the neat touch with the Soda stream gas bottle - it's pleases my sense of tidiness😊. I normally have up to 4 beers on the go and, you know what! These babies will stack very neatly and can be served from the same gas supply. Great idea and very well executed. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for the competition so I have a model to copy from when I make mine! 😊 Keep up the good work TMM! ❤

I knew buying my 4ltr Oxebars was a good idea and this Kegerator has just turned them into a genius decision.. also never thought about pressure transferring from my 8’s and 20’s to the 4’s, beer camping has just got so much easier, CHEERS guys! This will look the dogs danglies in my campervan I’ll need a second one for my allotment shed ( Brewers Bolthole ) I can knock up a solar panel and inverter to run it…. You guys have nailed it

This is perfect for adding to a kitchen rather than going to the shed at the bottom of the garden to get beer. This would be ideal for starting back brewing after having building work done.

I've been loving the 4L kegs just in the door of my kitchen fridge. I have a Nuka tap mini straight off the keg and a Sodastream bottle of gas down by the side of the fridge. Barely takes up more room than a coke bottle!

Great idea - I'd love a kegerator but cannot justify the space! Slowly growing old of bottling beers... it just takes so much time! Would be great to see more ideas like this guys, keep it up!

Such a great solution for small spaces, portability and... for people like me, who can take ages to get through a full Corny! I love brewing as much as I love drinking the finished product and this is a all-round fantastic idea for creative production of smaller batches.

Thanks to your affable & relaxed videos your visual style has attracted 15k subs, i'm not surprised, you are "a bit like" barley & hops channel, which is a good relaxed style of learning. I don't think it will be long till you've smashed the 30k mark via improved algorithms & general recommendations. You are the only channel my daughter (who you commented as to offering help if needed some 9 months ago on another comp) she watches for brewing, taking it slowly she has made a number of PET Oxbar small brew batches in her uni room (very small batches, very small room) We had chatted (many miles between us) on video about how this type of dispensing could work stored in her room of the communal kitchen & simply plug the taps, ..the girls she shares with have been her friday night feedback testers (students pre-loading) as at this stage as a new brewer still needs to grow in confidence. The kegerator looks superb, & I for one did not know that the cooling these days tended to be "just at the back" (despite the internet) ..so thanks for the detail, I was thinking that the soda stream bottle may be the silver sticky out appendage that limits placement based on industrial appearance, so I'd suggest trying some cheap black "leatherette" cut a bit longer than the s/stream tank, degrease the side of the fridge, stick some "hook & loop" velcro on & make a wee push on / pull off stealth fascia cover for the s/stream bottle if it is on view for an increased chance of getting it accepted into the living space rather than the garage! (a removable collar if you will) The size & partnering of this size kegerator along with oxbar bottles makes it very convenient to use & pack away, the mini nuka taps, ..icing on the cake! Perfect portable perfomance!

Cool project. Worth noting that small fridges like the one shown use peltier coolers which are many times less efficient than a traditional compressor based fridge. Doesn't matter much for occasional use but if you had it on all the time it would cost a fair few quid in electricity. The taps seem cool. Deffo give them a go.

Looks handy to have for those of us space limited. Peltier coolers aren't especially efficient, so You may need to put ice packs inside if needing to cool down the beer, but they are pretty good for maintaining already cold things. Although my experience is with a cooler bag which isn't anywhere near as well insulated.

That is some AWESOME kegerator you built! Absolutely love it. As I just started out on brewing, after having watched pretty much all of your videos, I’ve also been looking into kegs and kegerators. Love to have one but can’t afford it for another year or two. Unless I win of course 😜. I love all those little details in your design, the handy stuff from Kegland. Oh my if I’d win I’d be in heaven!!! And of course I’ll pay shipping to France. Might need to get a converter for the plug but that’s easy.

Reminds me of something similar I tried to build years ago with a chest freezer. Could never get the amount of kegs I wanted to fit due to a step shelf which had all the gubbins underneath though. I really like the idea of using the shoulder connectors to keep the gas close and upright. And these 4l kegs do seem to be very useful and portable. I have some 8l ones myself I got a while back, although on a cple brews the bottoms have blown out due to the carbonation levels I believe. Very interesting.
