We will not know this lads consistency with his efforts until he comments but I can assure you all 10 months of doing these exercises and different ones he does in his videos would completely transform you. If you apply the right diet and work in some cardio the results in 10 months would be nearly unrecognizable.

This is by far the most well presented workout video I’ve ever seen. Your format with the little instructional breaks then the countdown, etc, showing the workout from the correct POV so I can mirror it, it’s perfect. Tremendous. I’m a truck driver I’ve been working out in the cab for 2 months now. Making great progress everywhere but my back. This little video is gonna make me fill out like I’ve been wanting. My arms and shoulders are big but my back has been lacking. Finally gave in and decided to see what other workouts I could do. This is perfect for me. Time to get bigger! Thanks dude.

Lat pulldowns and single hand bent over rows are all you need for your back if you have back problems. Recommended by Arnold Schwarzenegger himself as two of the best back workouts. Regular planks and side are also good for your back but start slow and work your way up. Slow and steady wins the race. Fingers crossed this changes your life for the better.

Sir... This is the best back workout I have found on KZbin... I actually train Back,Legs and core 3 times a week with my 7.5 kg dumbbells... I needed a workout that could give my back some good soreness.. But the weights I had were very light...But this video of yours helped me getting that stimulus and burn in my back...😊😊 thanks a lot... BTW I do my leg workout from your video as well....

Wow I used 20lbs dumbbells. This was my first time following through with your workout! Let me say, this was super! I killed it, eh at the 3rd to last workout of the video, I had to lower the weights to 8lbs. I enjoyed this sooo much. I cant wait to come back to grow strong with you next workout!
