In this meditation practice with affirmations, develop a sense of safety in your body, befriend the aspect of yourself holding the belief that you are not worthy, and tap into the inherent confidence and worth that is within you.
Logically you may know that you are a worthy person, though emotionally and physically, your body may not feel that way. Therefore, the long ingrained, habitual patterns of behavior may point to a different belief that you aren’t worthy.
To change a behavior, you must change the belief that is driving the behavior. To change a belief, you must first be aware that you have this belief with the understanding of why you have adopted it in the first place.
