Hi. I'm Poppy. Depression ruled my life as a 16 year old and then many hospitalisations later healed with the use of meditations. Unfortunately it came back as a mood disorder bipolar and anxiety taking over my life again. I really hope to get better. Meditation with Sarah Raymond is so fun! Healing and inspirational. I am so sorry. I how you are better these days. I know how you have felt. I hav even through for 13 months. It’s been hard getting the right medication. My episode was when I was 22 and now I am 47. Im in my late 30ies, since my childhood i have suffered loss of my parent, best friends, family members. Abuse from teachers and society that i am not good enough. I have worked really really but just when the results have been so close, i have lost it all but it doesn't matter because what i offer to the world will matter so i help, give, and love people as much as i can so they don't have to suffer. Over the past month I have been using your meditations about mindfulness, acceptance and healing. I have come from being in high level pain and severe anxiety and being more or less house bound to now still having pain but very much reduced anxiety and now going out most days and getting on with my life! My outlook is now positive and I am contributing much more to family life. Without the thoughtfulness and care you have put into these meditations I don't know where I would have been, thank you so much for your efforts to improve the quality of life of people like myself! Was needing to really express gratitude for what I HAVE in this world rather than what I have not or have lost. Those things served me at one time, but no longer do. I have been under a lot of stress about my health and future. I had an amazing experience with light watching my Mom saying goodbye to my Grandma the evening she passed. It was beyond words and every time I practice this meditation it takes me back to that sensation and the eternal gift of being loved and part of the life force of these 2 beautiful souls. I have been using this meditation for a while now to heal physical pain. Today I started to cry, since this is a foreign concept to me I took it to mean a cleansing and deeper healing for deep emotional trauma I have suffered. Thank you deeply for your meditations. I practice many of them each day, and have noticed beautiful results. Yesterday I had surgery on my gum to remove a troublesome tooth. I found that by going through the chakra cleansing multiple times and also radiating out love towards the dental nurses, supervising Dental Doctor and senior student dentist who was in a practical training in a Dental Clinical in my home city of Launceston, Tasmania, Australia, from for away Cairns Northern Queensland, Australia thar everything became more beautiful and loving and calm. This Dental trainee was very good at her work and I realised it was challenging for her, as it is winter here and very cold and wet, whereas it is sunny and hot in tropical Cairns and also the supervising Dental Doctor gave her a challenging experience of placing some sutures into my gym and knew one. I noticed that as I was going through the chakra cleanse to ensure all chakras were bright, including the base chakra to feel safe, all of my chakras of course and esp my heart chakra, throat chakra and the 3rd eye ckakra and top chakra then radiating out love, that the packed clinical room I was in (there are many in this hospital) there was a happy convivial atmosphere, and also I did not feel the pain and the surgery was completed calmly and smoothly. Thank you so much I am so grateful. I know it is 3 yrs since this lovely meditation was released and I wanted to give feedback. I am also daily practising the Forgiveness meditation.
