Intentions comprise the journey of your life, how you experience this journey in each present moment, and the quality of each moment. Alternatively, goals are the desired outcomes. We do have control over our intentions and how we respond to the moments of our life. We do not have full control over the outcomes. By living in alignment with our set intentions, we can always respond to situations skillfully and be open to the possibilities as they present themselves.

This is the first time I’ve written a comment but you have helped me immensely so I wanted to share my gratitude. I’ve listened to you every morning and night for 6 months now and its made such a positive impact on my life. I didn’t realise how paralysed I was by shame and unworthiness and how much I was living my life to suit others until I started to listen to my own heart. Yes please more hypnosis, I'd really think one on letting go of anxiety and stress would be beneficial for myself and many others. This particular meditation is amazing and I've committed to listening every morning to get focused and what is most important in my day. Thank you🌏🎈💗

Sara, thank you for this effective and wonderful hypnosis practice. Yes, I join others in this feed in requesting more videos like this. As you request, I do have an intention I would love to partake in - mindful, intentional connections to nature as a hypnosis session - maybe even longer in length than this one. Very calming motivation. I'm always impressed by your ability to read my mind and give hints on how to wrangle my own wandering mind. You give the best guided meditations. Thank you. You might have already done this but I'd love to do a guided meditation that has to do with unlocking creativity. Not so much in an imaginative or artistic way, but more focused on problem solving. Allowing our minds to unravel the obstacles we are facing to see solutions, kind of thing. Thanks again.

More Hypnosis practise for concentrating on the things I can do,not the things I can’t do also by learning your breathing skills I now am improving my posture & embracing my chronic pain & sleep deprivation with loving kindness . You have given me confidence & confirmation that age is just a number ( I am 77 years old ) and have a lot of living still to do Thank you 🙏. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. 🌈. 🌹

As a hypnotherapist, I found myself coming out of hypnosis each time you say, “you are.” Affirmations should be in the first person. If these ones were, I would have enjoyed this.

I disagree. I prefer you are. Because when the hypnotherapist says “I am” it sounds as if they are talking about themselves and that’s what my subconscious hears as well

I really wanted to thank you for this hypnosis session. It was incredibly helpful. I have anxiety. During these days I have been feeling depressive sometimes as well. During the first session, I had to be strong to control my accelerated heart beating all the time. It was hard, I struggled a lot. But when I finished and during the rest of the day, I could felt a substantial change in my mood. I could feel a kind of stability on my feelings. My heart beats were under control and I could have a snooze in the end of the afternoon, a thing I have did a long long time ago. When I woke up I couldn't believe that I was simply enjoying a marvelous and permanent state of calmness, tranquility. I stayed in my bed for a lot) time, just feeling that sense of peace, real peace inside on me. Today, I did it again. Thank you one more time. I wish you all the love from the universe and prosperity for this project. ❤

You are grieving, and that is normal and necessary. Becoming a widow is a real thing, @oliviamoreno-carlson7717. I am so sorry you lost your husband. Try to go for widow’s counseling, and seek out a group of women who have had the same loss of spouse. Keep close to good memories of your husband. Do kind things for yourself. You need and deserve this. ❤🌳

Acquire a dog - no sarcasm intended here❣️ The changes in your behaviour for the better will be amazing. Step out into nature with your needing, loving, and loyal companion, be it the beach, the woods, or park - just ground yourself in nature, outdoors. And... trust in any of Sarah Raymond's meditations that best suit your emotions. Stay strong - for every negative in life, there definitely is a positive.❤

I'm so sorry you lost your husband. That's awful and heartbreaking 💔. I am praying for you. I know what it's like to feel alone and lost. I understand 😢. Look for signs from him . He will send them so you know that he is okay. Also, get a body pillow....put one of his shirts on it. It is soothing and may help you feel him near you. I know its kind of crazy but it may help you to rest.

Love all your work. Thankyou. As requested maybe a little longer st beginning really getting into deep relaxation before starting intention. Finding I’m not deep enough at start. Also hypnosis overcoming fears, phobias, breaking a cycle of depression/ anxiety. Thank you.

Thank you so much. My creativity flooded me with ideas after this practice to such an extent that I had to start writing immediately. I'm planning on convincing the staff in my school to start meditating but I know they're completely resistent to it. I've been collecting evidence of the benefits of meditation, the science behind it and easy and practical ways to do it. I think your channel will be of great help by providing the toolkit for the ones willing to take up meditation. I'd like some recommendations / suggestions that could help me convince my co-workers to at least give meditation a try. Also, do you have a short meditation video (around 5 minutes) that I could use in my school in a demonstration workshop? One that would show them how easy it can be to meditate on a daily basis.

I would like to see more meditation videos on how to accept my life and make it better. I feel lost and need guidance to help me feel better about my life. My husband died to MS and now I feel very alone. I would like to be in a relationship but find it hard to meet someone that would be good for me.
