Bring Camera from Nvidia Broadcast into OBS

3 years later, couldn't figure it out.. couldn't find any posts... nothin.. this helped me finish the steps I needed to complete to get my s23 ultra working as my camera with nvidia removing my backround.. (The obs plug ins were not good) THANK YOU VERY MUCH

What if after selecting Nvidia Broadcast camera... its not just "boom, there i am." What if the camera doesnt show up?

@@amigoamiga9254 id say a combination of unplugging and plugging the camera in with restarting the computer etc. helps. Make sure Nvidia broadcast is open and your camera can be seen on there FIRST then open OBS and delete any old attempts at a camera and make a new one. Eventually it worked for me. 🤞 good luck

Hello I have a weird problem, I bought a Logitech C920 and I setup Broadcast. All works perfectly fine. When I now try to setup Obs as you mentioned then I don't get a picture, have you any idea how to fix my problem? The Webcam it self and the Broadcast cam are both available in Obs, but I only get a picture with the Webcam itself.

Might be your settings/drivers not seeing it as a camera.

A little bit late but for Logitech-Cams you need to shutdown broadcast! Then start OBS. 😇

This video didn't help. When I go do OBS, on cam selecting Camera Nvidia Broadcast. It shows the Nvidia Broadcast icon and a crossed cam under. Crossed as in wit ha green line diagonally on the cam icon. Help ?

So i don't use OBS, I use Ge force experience and I use a logitech camera, I'm having trouble on how I can make this work because the logitech software is just identifying the NIVIDIA broadcast as a software so its showing the entire application

Hey is there a way that i can add 2 different sources one with my camlink and one with nvidia broadcaster in obs. I can’t get it to work. Or is it only possible to use one sourc? i saw someone with a gamecapturecard that can use both sources. Do you know any fix for this?

I would think, yes. Just make sure you’re not routing your camlink source into nvidia broadcast. Then use the other source through Nvdbroadcast.

Yeah use that in NVB and then in OBS make two sources. One with camlink and the one with the camlink-routed-to-nvb. Would that work?

nice vid, there! I did exactly as you did, but my picture gets all glitchy and freezes every 2s, once I choose my Streamcam (Nivdia Broadcast) in OBS as a Video Capture Device. at least, when I choose 1080p60. It keeps glitching out until I set it to 720p60 in OBS.. which is not what I intended to stream in.. Do you know a way to fix this?
