I ❤ the way he revealed the announcement with the creepy music. But very disappointed to hear we have to wait until 2026. 😭 I started Dune Prophecy, and so far, so good. I thought Teacup was really good, but it's a bit of a slow burn, too. Episodes 6-8 are where things really pick up. I know reviews are mixed, though. However, I've only seen 2 or 3 channels covering it, so you might have a following. i will have to check out Severance, i keep hearing how good it is! Need smthg to fill the void as I wait for FROM. 😄

I suspect the 2026 release date has to do with 'things changing' and a transformation back to summer for part of the season. Let's face it, Harold Perrineau must think the NS winters suck compared to his time on 'Lost' in Hawaii. LOL

I think From is a representation of the subconscious mind of the person who is deeply repressed and in a psychogenic fugue state of mind because they are responsible for the children being sacrificed. The main characters are fictional archetypes of the real people who sacrificed the children, the mind has created them to go on a quest and rediscover as the mind is slowly remembering the truth. That means everything has already happened, and we are just shedding light on repressed memories that evolve the deeper we go, with more information as they are waking up to what already happened, and the end will be them accepting it. Basically, what we saw with Victor's arc in S3E9. Victor started the episode off in hate and denial, throwing personal items (mnemonic devices) out the window in a rage because the memories hurt, he wasn't ready to accept. Then, in the darkness of the cellar, in the place it happened, Victor remembers. Victor always understood his mother died, but his mind repressed the circumstances leading up to her death. Right at that moment, when Tabitha walks in, he remembers and tells the truth. He accepted what really happened. And right then is when Tabitha also remembers Miranda. This show will likely end with the repressed person finally being able to see the circumstances leading to the sacrifices and accept the truth, let go and move on as they are about to die. One last dream from the mind to reconcile before death.
