Love your channel! I'm new so you may have already touched on this but can you explain (or point me to the video) how the practicum hours work for MSN flexpath? I see it is 50hrs for a couple classes, 100hrs for another, and 200 for another but are these virtual, in-person, shadowing, research? Thanks for allowing us into your journey!

Thank you! For MSN Flexpath for anyone who starts prior to October 7, it is 100 hrs for the Care Coordination, Education, and Leadership specializations, and 200 hrs for Informatics. For the 100 hrs, 20 can be used for research for your capstone project and the 80 would be with your preceptor (virtually and/or in-person). I’ve seen some people say they just do shadowing but for Education you have to do a couple of hours of teaching. For those starting October 7th and after it’s 500 hrs for all specializations (they didn’t specify how many can be used for research). Hope this helps!
