“Ari’s a nice guy/he’s always been nice to me”: Assaulted Bobby Lee 3 times and bitched about him to other comedians despite Bobby being his friend and helping get a few gigs and starts. Drugged Bert Kreisler in his family home before Bert’s last night with his children before he left for tour. Also before this, bullied Bert’s daughter (a child) for having braces and refused to initially apologise for both acts. Then mocked Leanne (Bert’s wife) for being upset and refusing to forgive Ari. Stalked Natasha Leggaro and her personal email address while they were dating. Made fun of other people in the immediately after their deaths. Pissed at the desk on Joe Rogan’s podcast (live broadcast) after Joe kind of asked him to just use the toilet a few yards away. ... stellar guy.

HISTORY: The Colorado prosecutor didn’t move forward with the case because the Lady in question went to a party shortly after her encounter with KOBE and bragged to 5 of her friends- after being interviewed by the prosecutor they discovered that those 5 friends were willing to testify against RAPE ALLEGATIONS- then the RAPE KIT came back with 8 other men’s seaman in her and on her panties/clothes. As soon as the prosecutor dropped the case her attorneys advised her to take it to the CIVIL COURT because KOBE is such a polarized celebrity that they’re guaranteed to get $$$ hence, the settlement. You’re welcome...

It was her ex boyfriend. Who said she came over and demanded sex. Specifically asked for it to be rough it was let's make noise till they throw money at you. No doubt he was innocent of rape. Guilty of adultery... Definitely. But making a bad choice in ur early 20's and committing rape are completely different. I hate that someone's words can tarnish an amazing legacy. #formerarifan

@@Michael.Eddington The victim also admitted to exaggerating and lying about evidence years after the case was dropped. She also stated how she hoped to get pregnant by kobe so she can get a lot of child support... She even bragged about how much kobe ejaculated and bragged about sex with him. How could she be a rape victim if she is stating that she enjoyed it? That makes no sense, if you enjoyed getting raped, it is not rape, that is called sex. Rape is when you do not want it and are forced into sex... When you enjoy the sex, brag about it, go into detail about how much he ejaculated and how big he is, that sounds like you had fun. That alone made me lose all confidence in her accusation. If you say you got raped but enjoyed the sex, something is seriously wrong with her, and something is incredibly off.

But one thing is universal...nut-shots are fucking hilarious. I like Ari, but like a lot of people I didn't really find much humor here. Too sad, too soon, too...whatever. Here’s what Kobe said when he paid off the woman: “First, I want to apologize directly to the young woman involved in this incident. I want to apologize to her for my behavior that night and for the consequences she has suffered in the past year. Although this year has been incredibly difficult for me personally, I can only imagine the pain she has had to endure. I also want to apologize to her parents and family members, and to my family and friends and supporters, and to the citizens of Eagle, Colorado. I also want to make it clear that I do not question the motives of this young woman. No money has been paid to this woman. She has agreed that this statement will not be used against me in the civil case. Although I truly believe this encounter between us was consensual, I recognize now that she did not and does not view this incident the same way I did. After months of reviewing discovery, listening to her attorney, and even her testimony in person, I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter. I issue this statement today fully aware that while one part of this case ends today, another remains. I understand that the civil case against me will go forward. That part of this case will be decided by and between the parties directly involved in the incident and will no longer be a financial or emotional drain on the citizens of the state of Colorado.” That said… although I genuinely, wholeheartedly believe Tupac was innocent in his own case, as I’ve looked into it quite a bit: even if he did it, what he meant to the people he inspired and educated means that he deserved a little fucking respect in death… and in Kobe’s case, especially when his body wasn’t even room temperature yet.

I've never really like ari's stand up or found him interesting on rogan's podcast, but i kinda lost any amount of basic human respect for the man after he dosed bert in his own house with his kids there. This statement wasn't really funny I've seen jokes about someone dying on the same day before I remember some good memes that came out right after the boston marathon incident, but it seemed to me he was saying it more of a matter of factly than anything else in the video. Like I said I had already lost respect for the man but he is really going down a path that I won't be following, and in an attempt to do my little part in it all. If I see him on YT or any where else as far as video's I just won't watch he adds nothing of value imho.

What I do know is JRE is a business and he’s selling ideas and products and he has his “base” that is just waiting to hear what joe tells them to think or buy or do and he’s going to be fulfilling the bases needs so his business can thrive.
