They were both born in Reddel La. just out of Mamou. I sang on the opry in 1969 because Uncle Jimmy when I lived with him, set it up and his son lives in Lafayette Louisiana. Elva mae Dare was his wife from Ville Platte louisiana. so what are you saying?

Hats are permissible inside public buildings or if part of a uniform, costume or signature part of one's character or act on a stage, restaurant, etc. Now if I entered your private home and I failed to remove my cap, hat, hood or other head gear, that would be rude and disrespectful.

Hank Williams wrote this song about a club in Beaumont Texas named YVONNE'S owned by a lady named Yvonne(Cajun) A local D. J., Gordon Baxter, sat with him during the intermission. Yvonne is long buried; the club was bought and remodeled into another Entertainment Venue. However, many musicians started at Yvonne's. JAMBALAYA is a lasting tribute.
