Hey, I am a lima bean lover! They are smooth and creamy and delicious. I forgive you though for not liking them, but respect the bean! We enjoy your sense of humor and you are quite the cook. Susan is not only beautiful, but so sweet. You're so great together. I enjoyed the chops and potatoes. Definitely going to make the potatoes but don't eat lamb or a lot of meat. But I think the rub would be great on pork chops or chicken. As for the question of ranking... 1. Pasta 2. Potatoes 3. Rice. Butter beans are one of my favorites. I made baby limas in the instant pot last night. “Belle says to speak up and stop whispering.” Papa goes to work and as he seems to be talking to himself he starts to mumble and whisper almost under his breath. Don’t listen to Belle! I love the way you seem to be almost talking to yourself!! You are adorable, Papa!
I finally made it here and enjoyed the video. This was so relaxing. I used to enjoy lamb once in a while before I stopped eating meat years ago. I always prefer sweet potatoes or grits for dinner, my family is more into rice and pasta. Thanks for sharing.👍🏽💖💖

I grew up on a sheep farm in rural Canada, and I will tell you that if lamb is not properly cooked, it is TERRIBLY greasy! If cooked correctly (like you did) it should be tender and juicy. While it is not my favorite meat (we ate it 2-3 times a week), I will still occasionally eat it, if prepared correctly. It looks wonderful. I wish I could smell it through youtube! Cheers from Canada
