When Deckard said that Brixton forced him to kill his brother, he was not talking about his real brother Owen. Deckard was talking about his brother in arms who was Brixton. Deckard and Brixton both worked for MI6, but Brixton was corrupted by Eteon and tried to make Deckard work for the organisation too, but Deckard refused and the two fought, until Deckard was forced to shoot Brixton who only survived thanks to Eteon's robotic parts and in revenge killed all the members of his and Deckard's old military unit and framed Deckard for the killings, thus why we see Deckard as mercenary in the past movies and with that accusation for murder of his team on his shoulders. So, that was a poetic way of Deckard saying that it was Brixton, the super soldier from Eteon, who forced him to kill Brixton, his old comrade from the army.

Big thanks to you guys for saving my money by allowing me to watch this brilliant movie for the first time with you. I never thought this movie would hold up, but I've really enjoyed it, and another thing....that's the first time I've ever seen anyone put a pin back into a grenade before it went off. Brilliant. Fun fact for you....that London chase scene was actually filmed in Glasgow, Scotland which is where I live. If I'm correct and I'm good with faces, I'm certain that the guy playing Hobbs's brother is one of the mercenaries in the 1997 movie Deep Rising with Treat Williams.

If you put all the pieces together and what the voice says in Hobbs and Shaw, you can tell that it has to be Dante. The reunion that he talks about is probably when the Bank heist happened. And he continuously talks to Hobbs as if he has something with Hobbs. Hobbs did kill Dantes father. It can't be anyone else

I love Hobbs and Shaw as it’s one of my favorite action movies. I love the comedy and the action as I loved the way they balanced that out by bringing in Kevin Hart and Ryan Reynolds in this movie. The chemistry between Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham aka “Hobbs and Shaw” was great. Idris Elba was really good as the antagonist. Vanessa Kirby was great, great to see the evergreen Helen Mirren and Eiza Gonzalez. I loved the entire Samoa sequence. Loved watching this movie again as I enjoyed it when I watched it the first time with my Dad. Loved your reactions /analysis. Take care and have a great one.

Ryan Reynolds was the voice of the Eteon director, but he and his other character Victor Locke are not the same. In fact, the director was supposed to be portrayed by Keanu Reeves. With any luck, Keanu will be able to portray the director in one of the two upcoming Fast films. (Before anyone says anything, I’m not spoiling because at this point Vince and Shoshana have already caught up with the entire franchise.) The next movie after Fast X will supposedly be Hobbs & Reyes. After that, we’ll get the final film in the saga. In the meantime, a new roller coaster is under construction at Universal Studios Hollywood. They’re calling it Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift. And finally, Vanessa Kirby, the actress who portrayed Deckard’s sister Hattie, is joining Pedro Pascal from The Last of Us and Joseph Quinn from Stranger Things season 4 for the MCU’s take on the Fantastic Four set for July of next year. Vanessa will get to portray Sue Storm better known as the Invisible Woman.
