I'm a Packers fan but I must admit that was an absolute masterclass and clinic by Kirk Cousins & Kevin O'C last night. Their 3rd down playcalling and conversion success rate were both insane, especially against the 49ers. They also completely neutralized the 49ers offense, albeit without Deebo, regardless!

Vikings fans know how incredibly tough Kirk has been throughout the years. Offensive line has not been good, and the man has taken a lot of hits, but delivers and gets back up. This year you're finally seeing Kirk behind a damn good line, and the numbers speak for themselves. Let's see if they can continue to turn the season around. SkoL!

Kirk Cousins is a frontrunning MVP candidate right now. 2nd in yards, 1st in TDs. Led the NFL in 4th quarter comebacks last year. Broke the NFL record for largest comeback win ever. Led the NFC in yards last year. More 4000 yard and 25+ touchdown seasons than anyone active in the NFL right now. And, the Vikings have a weak remainder of schedule. This team is about to surprise a lot of people.

Maybe when Kirk 1st came to Minnesota, he was overpaid, and under performed... But last season, and so far this season, Cousins has played at a very high level. Didn't have 1 of his better statistical season's last year. But made key plays in crunch time to win games. Including leading the biggest comeback of all-time. And anyone who has actually watched the Vikings this season... Knows Kirk hasn't been the problem. The guy leads the NFL in passing TDs, 2nd in passing yards, and 3rd in passer rating. If you think Minnesota is going to get better QB play from 1 of the 2024 college prospects..? You're dreaming! Despite playing a brutal opening schedule. Minnesota has been beating themselves with turnovers against Philly, KC, & the Chargers. At 3-4 with the hard part of their schedule behind them. Minnesota has an opportunity to salvage their season. But they have to take it a game at a time. And hopefully Jefferson can return soon!

In this modern era of football with mobile qbs, this is what it takes too to be a pocket qb and play at a elite level. For me personally this was the most impressive performance from a qb ive seen all season. Run game was shit, it was kirk cousins or lose the game and he delivered. Idk where Kirk goes next season but i hope they put him in a good situation. 10/10

Ed Ingram the RG still sucks so bad. 09:11 I know high school kids that can pick up a stunt way better than that. The Center Bradbury luckily bailed him out. Absolutely pathetic for an NFL starter. Then the very next play it is the SAME THING AGAIN, only difference is the Center is busy and can't help cuz he's getting beaten. @@low-daddy I've thought this too. I am not sure that is exclusive to the Vikings though. I think most teams do this to an extent. It's driven by how the game itself is set up. If you get a lead against a "bad" team, you start running the ball as a strategy to end the game sooner, giving the "bad" team less time. The "bad" team is going to try to move quickly. If they get big chunk plays and get into the end zone, they can catch up sometimes. The bad team is also willing to take risks since they are coming from behind.
