I’ve had excellent results on trim and pro tip put a little bit of this on your radiator hoses or any other rubber stuff. I’ve even used a very small amount on spark plug coils as it’s silicone free I just made sure to let it dry and buff off the excess then use air to blow it off it really rejuvenates rubbers well.

Damn, that's perfect, that's exactly what I want with a tire dressing dark black with just a little bit of sheen to it

I'd love to see you guys compare this to CarPro Perl which is my current go-to tire dressing. This stuff looks pretty good.

This one is more than shine for tyres. It can be used for all rubber and plastic parts, it is silicone free, and strong UV protection. For people living in the north where it snows a lot, this will help the seals and rubber from freezing where the car doors get stuck normally during winter.
@aesaphyr10 ай бұрын
Perl is water-based, isn't it? Koch Chemie doesn't say whether Plast Star (this product) is water based or not, which isn't super helpful. I'm trying to decide which to buy, Perl or Plast Star - I'm wondering how long you find Perl lasts as a tire dressing?
@GregoryVeizades9 ай бұрын
@@aesaphyr Depends on Dilution but Perl does not last long on tire. Even put on Neat it only lasts about a week. Maybe less. Of course that is condition dependant. I think a closer competitor to this Plas Star product is CarPro's Darkside.

i used Perl and I'm not satisfied, it's ok if you use it inside but as a tire dressing it's not durable

Love this for my plastics and trim but I’m not a big fan for my tires. I love the look and durability but it’s a PITA to remove from tires and gunks up my tire brush. Only way to fully remove it from my tire brush is to use OPC full strength.

Hello Rag Company!!!!looks great!!! I’ve been using VRP from Chemical Guys have you ever a side be side test I would like to try this dress.
@TheCeki19823 жыл бұрын
The VRP is a good product. Yet you will notice that Koch Chemie as a brand makes better products in terms of results, user-friendliness, price, etc. Give it a chance!

@@TheCeki1982 Better brand for sure, for THIS product, I would like to see if it can be buffed down to reduce that wet look to a more satin look you get with VRP.

I personally use Break buster in the MTM PF22 diluted 40% product and 60% water as Pan suggested and it works great! I then use Gyeon Tire Cleaner to properly clean the tire before drying the wheel with BigBoi blower mini+. Then i use Adams tire applicator and Gyeon Q2 tire as the dressing. It lasts for months and my car is outside 24/7!
