I know what my take home monthly pay to the penny, but ask me what my annual gross income is and I have to think about that. Bills and life happens all throughout the year usually on a monthly basis so I'm wired to think of it in that way. To me knowing your annual income is almost pointless, but at least it gives you a general baseline so I guess that's the point.

This call is the best thing ever. I've rarely heard someone sound so certain when he asks if they promise to do it. She just said "Yes" like she had decided there was only one answer before he even put her on the phone. They'lk be debt free right about now!

Unbelievable. Low $115K mortgage, making $135K before and don’t even have a measly $30K to buy a car? That tells you making money is easier, spending money is even easier.

@@15KHPCLUB Learned a lot from the best group working and living around home schooling parents since the early 90s.. Also from my parents. They planned before having four kids. Not only kids. Can be dogs, cats, adoption, eldercare for parents, vacation, retirement, marriage, funding education, etc. Just need to know math and plan ahead. It applies to most things in life. If not you will be like this caller or worse.
